Room overall was really nice, spacious, comfy beds and very quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful as well. It's quite a nice area to stay in, relatively quiet whilst being fairly close to many hotspots in Bangkok. Pretty easy walk (roughly 5-10 mins) over to both the BTS and Metro train lines which was super convenient.

Definitely on the pricier side, but perhaps worth it if you value comfort, peace and quiet. Only other thing worth mentioning is they double charged me initially for the room - one payment being a 'deposit', the other being the actual payment when I arrived at the property. Had to reach out to them to explain why they did this, but was told they cancel the extra payment after checking out of the property. Not sure, was a bit weird, never had this happen before, but something to keep in mind.

The hotel offers great value for money. The location (close to a lot of commercial establishments in Sukhumvit but in a quiet street), the pool area (rooftop pool, with length that allows for actual swimming), and the beds and pillows are top!

The bathrooms could be improved because the shower cabin doors do not close well and water leaks out into the main area of the bathroom. Also, the concierge service could be improved because right now the experiences offered are well above market prices. The working time of the pool could be extended till midnight because the cooler late evenings would be very suitable for having a swim and a drink and currently it works only until 22:00 when the city is still bustling with life.

Lovely hotel, really friendly staff. Great facilities we really enjoyed the roof top pool. It was great to be able to have a shower up at these facilities before our room was ready. We arrived early in the morning after a long travel day and although the room wasn’t ready we were able to take our cases up to the 8th floor and shower and change. We then headed out to explore while they looked after our luggage. Staff especially the concierges were super friendly offering suggestions on things to do/places to eat.

This is our favourite hotel to stay at in Bangkok. The location is excellent, the staff are exceptional and the roof top pool and bar area is a great space to relax in. Beds are comfortable with fresh crisp linen provided.

The hotel room we were in this time was showing age and a little tired. We usually stay here once a year (sometimes more often) and have noticed the wear and tear showing more so in the condition of the rooms recently. In our opinion the prices have adjusted a little to reflect this so if the rate is lower, then the value is still there for the combination of room with the location and staff. We will stay again - however the price must reflect the condition of the rooms. (Note - unsure if some rooms have been refurbished)

Excellent location. A quiet Soi only a 5 minute walk to Asoke BTS. Coffee shops, restaurants, bars and massage shops nearby. Breakfast was very good and a very good choice. Egg station for omelettes etc Room was first class with a nice big comfortable bed. Great shower.

Arrived early and booked in. Room not ready but that was ok. Receptionist told me room did not include breakfast but after I insisted it did, she changed her mind. Strange? Came back at 4pm to complete check in. Receptionist advised the room we had booked was not available and offered a different room with a bath tub intead of a walk in shower which I had booked. After insisting we needed a walk in shower due to my slight disability, we were asked to wait 5 minutes while another suitable room was found. 10 minutes later we were given the right room.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. The pool was a good size and caught the sun all day. Gym had adequate equipment for an ok workout and the location was central. Room was a decent size and kept exceptionally clean by the cleaners. The bed was so comfortable, and the pillows were perfect!

The room was a little dark overall. Especially the bathroom, which made it difficult to shave. Also the blind in the bathroom was completely see through when the light is on, which in some instances is great, but when you need those private moments, not so great! The gym air con wasn't very strong and the WiFi could be a little faster

i was initially allocated a room on 6th floor but on early arrival at 12am there was a ready room on flr 3 which i opted for. the hotel should have asked if i wanted to move to 6 th floor room the next dat day as i was staying for 9 days. 3 rd floor was noisy and i had requested a Quiter floor initially apart from above stay was comfortable.

The one thing that stands out for me is the concierge here they are great I can't remember the mans name sorry but as soon as I arrived he said welcome back Mr... I liked that he remembered me. Room was great I had a desk to work lovely bath and separate shower. The rooftop pool here is great it has a bar and sells really nice food too. I come to Bangkok quite a lot and this is now my go to hotel it has everything I need, super comfortable beds, great location and the breakfast is good it's basically perfect. I tried a 5 star hotel on my last trip and I wish I hadn't it wasn't as good as this 4 star and more expensive. You are right on Sukhumvit easy walking distance to nana and soy cowboy shopping centres and most importantly the train line its like 5 minutes away. 7/11 down the road its just perfect.
