The location was perfect and close to everything! The space was a lot larger than I expected, and well worth it for the price!

I stayed in Penthouse #3. The carpeting on the balcony outside one of the bedrooms needs to be replaced. It was coming up and covered in moss and mold. The carpet in the 3rd floor loft had stains, and the wood flooring in the dining area was a little scratched up.

The property is beautiful, spacious, with a great city view. The bed was comfortable and spacious. The security system was great. Needed a code to access building and then room.

I had an issue with my door not locking upon arrival. It was not locking behind me when I left my suite. I contacted Sonder staff via app chat and when I came back the issue was corrected. After that, it was great. I wish there was a zoom in small portable mirror. My vision is horrible and it was difficult to do my makeup in a regular mirror. Other than that, my overall stay was great. I would love to stay again. Maybe try a different location.

I liked the place, not the location. They way it's set up

Wish they had someone to greet first time customer. It was confusing in the beginning no one to speak to. It would be nice to know about the parking it's an additional cost. People next door were very loud, again no one to complain to. But I liked the place, just not the location

The space was incredible! Incredible deal. For the same price or less than hotels in the area I had a huge two-story rooftop apartment with a balcony. It was clean, spacious, quiet, and comfortable. It felt very luxurious.

The only two problems were: 1. The front door was broken and held open with caution tape for my entire stay. I never personally had any incidents but it was alarming to know anybody could walk into the building and take the elevator at any time. 2. The balcony doors were misaligned just enough to make opening and shutting them extremely difficult — I actually strained a pec muscle closing them this morning. They could be fixed to slide open normally.

Wonderful penthouse accommodation, very spacious, comfortable with everything we needed. Enough storage space in the upstairs bedroom (2 closets), one huge bathroom upstairs with shower and tub. Big king sized bed, comfortable. AC worked just fine although quite noisy if left on during the night, we kept it off. Kitchen with everything that was needed and living area with a dining table, desk and sofa - all very useful. Bathroom downstairs with toilet and sink was a great extra. Indoor parking was great too and easy to use - the best so far.

Insulation not great on the windows and it felt like we left them open, that's how well we could hear the cars outside - all night. An alarm went off the first night and kept going until about 6 am the following morning - we had some trouble sleeping with all the noise. Although Sonder provided earplugs, which was appreciated, but plugs are uncomfortable for us so we didn't use them. The balcony door had some issues and could be closed with difficulty so we avoided using it. Also the carpets on the balcony were wet and the outdoor furniture dirty, so we wouldn't have used it anyway. Many strange people in the neighborhood at night, we didn't feel comfortable walking, always used the car to go out.

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. Close to everything we needed. Even though the balcony looked over the car park it was great having outdoor space. We recommend this apartment to anyone. We also did the night sightseeing and dinner tour-amazing. Please do it if you can while in Atlanta.

Nothing really except the cleaners did not clean out the fridge and bathroom rubbish. Must of been in a hurry and forgot.No real problem though

The views was amazing. I really enjoyed the patio vibes and the location was perfect. I would definitely return and tell a friend.

The kitchen counter and the kitchen was perfect for cooking and baking a hot meals. The snood peace and luxury the in heart of the city. Don’t hesitate to live and enjoy the scenery of Atlanta in the heights. I saw and beautiful rainbow that late evening from the patio deck. Would most definitely recommend

The property was lovely and cozy. It was beautiful sitting outside in the mornings & evenings on the outdoor patio. The area was clean & safe- near the Georgia Tech campus.

When we arrived there was a Roku remote but no Roku and a TV but no remote. I brought my own Roku but couldn’t get it hooked up without the TV remote. Text the staff who were very kind and attentive. They had the problem resolved in half an hour. A pleasant surprise.

This place was in a great location near everything but still secluded. We enjoyed having coffee on the balcony before our activities. There were a few minor things requiring maintenance such as the drawer doesn't close, drywall in the bathroom requiring repair, the balcony door handle needing a screw or the rail bracket needing replacing but still wonderful.

I loved the fact that it was very spacious. It's a townhouse penthouse, not one level, so make sure you can climb stairs. Views were awesome. Very clean and comfortable.

The only tv was downstairs in the living room. I had to pay an additional $112 for parking 2 nights after paying for on-site parking because my truck wouldn't fit. Some plug-ins would help with the smell when you enter.
