We had a beautiful apartment and an incredible view! The apartment was well appointed with everything we needed and a generous size. Great location literally across the road from the beach and a quick walk to the tram system which we found easy to use to get about the Gold Coast. (We also brought our car but rarely used it which for us, as Brisbane locals, enhances that holiday feel.) The apartment had a full kitchen and there are some nice cafes, restaurants and Gold Coast-famous seafood buffets nearby. Our Gold Coast stay previous to this was at a well-known hotel 200m further inland, but now that we have compared the two, Narrowneck Court will be the property we return to.

Highly recommend staying, would definitely come back it’s the best location for our family especially the ground floor apartment. Clean, spacious and great views of the river. Swimming pool is a big hit! Loved the decor in every room, it added to the holiday vibes. Close to paradise centre, quick uber to shops made it a lot easier with our family of 6. Great comfortable beds, king bed in main was a huge hit for two little girls who kept coming in the middle of the night. But plenty of room for all.

We loved this property, there’s nothing to not like especially with absolutely amazing reception and other staff who made sure our stay was memorable.

This was a lovely place to stay such a beautiful view. We arrived early off a red eye flight and they managed to put us in an early check in so we could sleep which was amazing. It was a very safe set up with key fobs to get in everywhere which we loved. Such a great location central to everything we wanted to see. The place was clean and had a bit of everything you would need to start. It was absolutely gorgeous view from every window.

Cannot fault anything it was lovely. My only comment would be maybe to have a few more basic supplies if your staying longer as there was enough dishwashing tablets and laundry and bin bags for maybe 3 to 4 day stays. We stayed for 7 nights and ran out.

Great place to stay with family. Right across from the beach and also a pool at the apartment if you wanted to go for a quick dip. The view from the balcony was amazing and mountain views from the kitchen, every window you looked out from had a wonderful view. Easy check-in and out process. Free onsite parking, undercover. The place is not far from the Surfers Paradise central, just minutes walk and easy enough to navigate to. Plenty of amenities in the apartment. Since we were staying near the beach, I was washing clothes nearly everyday and there was plenty of laundry detergent. Enough dishwashing tablets to last us our stay. Basic cooking ingredients. Great place to stay with the family, 2 y/o and a 11 y/o. Amazing views from all around. Would highly recommend the place.

Couple of minor inconveniences was just that the ceiling lights were a bit low and we kept bumping into them and when we open the windows they would swing, which kind of terrified us incase it broke. Balcony glass was cracked, so a bit of a hazard for the little one. Just make sure you bring some extra TP if you're staying for a while, what was supplied wasn't enough for our family of 4.

The location was great for us, about a 15-20 minute's walk to Cavill Avenue along the beach. Bus stop was also very close, only a minute walk, and the tram station just a few more. It was also right across the road from the beach so we could hear the ocean at night from the balcony. Very neat, clean apartment with mostly new looking furniture. The beds were comfortable, linen and towels were very white, and the kitchen facilities were fantastic. Views of the water all around too with the backwater just behind and to the side of the apartment. We also had a wonderful lady come in and change the linen and towels, who was an absolute gem.

The single air conditioner at times struggled to reach the far bedroom but it had a ceiling fan so no issue. The couch was a bit marked and dirty but hard to clean being light grey, I guess. Everything else was spotless. Although the apartments are right on the beach, they also back onto the busy highway so it can be quite loud at night in the smaller bedroom of the apartment we were in. Can't say that for all the apartments though as they faced different directions. This is nitpicking though, it really was lovely, and we would stay again.

Location is great with it being across the road from the beach, the river alongside and the tram stop only a seven minute walk away. Rhapsody cafe at Rhapsody Resort is wonderful for breakfast and is only 5 minutes walk away. View from the 13th floor was amazing day and night. Beds and pillows very comfortable

Our apartment #40 has been renovated nicely but I didn't like that all the doors, even the toilet door, has an opaque glass panel in them. With the light on behind it is possible to see someone using the toilet. Also, if you have someone in your party who likes to go to bed early the light from the living area shines through. In addition to this, the main bedroom walk-in-robe and ensuite have NO doors but the shower has three long narrow glass panels on the wall of the bedroom so the bedroom is flooded with light when using the ensuite. Toiletting is not private if someone is in bed. As my husband likes to go to bed early I had to buy a torch so that when I went to bed later on I did not disturb him by lighting up the bedroom from the ensuite.

Ben and Donna were awesome hosts thankyou. We paid the extra upgrade for penthouse top floor. Views were excellent looking from balcony Sea river. From back of kitchen had hills view All the views were magic. Having 2 bathrooms was great son in one me in other perfect. Was great to watch our Netflix account on the TV's when we were in the apartment. Pool was lovely not to cold just right. Kitchen came with everything thing you needed to cook with pots, pans, toaster, rice cooker, stove, oven, microwave, Nice selection of coffee and tea with sugar Cutlery extra perfect. Beds were comfortable Washing machine with drier work a treat. So all up have no complaints thankyou again Ben and Donna you both were amazing Will we stay again yes we will.

We have stayed at narrow neck court multiple times now , Ben is great to deal with, gave us early check in and late check out , very accomodating to any requests and goes above and beyond to help! Also the apartments are lovely and clean fully equipped and a great location ! We come to Mainbeach and surfers multiple times a year for work and leisure and we will be sure to stay again next time we visit .

We loved our stay here. As I was staying for over a week to recover from surgery I wanted somewhere relaxing and that felt a bit more homely vs a hotel, this place was perfect. Right across from the beach and had views of the both the river and beach. The best equiped apartment I’ve stayed in. The kitchen has everything. Facilities and outdoor areas are well maintained and everyone was lovely. Look forward to staying here again next time.
