I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, it wasn’t a bad experience. The location is excellent—just a short walk from the train station—which made getting around very easy. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the flat had air conditioning, which was a nice touch.

However, the flat itself feels a bit dated and doesn’t quite reflect a 5-star standard. Unfortunately, during a heatwave in Leeds, the AC stopped cooling properly, which was a bit uncomfortable. Still, the great location and lovely staff made up for some of the shortcomings.

Central location about 20 steps from the main square. The room was quite cheap, to my mind, for what you got. Very nice apartment, bedroom, kitchen facilities and bathroom. You could say quite posh to be fair. The big thing for me was the little things like there was half a pint of fresh milk in the fridge to make a drink when you arrived, there was coffee and tea, they let me check in over an hour early, they provided two little cereal boxes, biscuits and two fresh muffins to toast for your breakfast on the morning. Staff were super friendly as well.

Nothing. We did have a mildly limited view of the square and a view towards the front over the main square would have been the cherry on top. Made no difference really!

We stayed here for two nights and rented two apartments for the family during the very busy graduation season. The apartments were wonderful conversions of an older building with stunning architectural features such as the original steel work in the ceiling. The apartments were very well resourced with everything you would need for a stay away from home. The staff were exceptionally polite, helpful, and friendly. E.g. communication from the cleaning staff to the receptionist was excellent. The apartments are very close to local amenities, including walking distance from the train station, car parks, and town centre, with many high-quality bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Possibly the best showers ever. This was a really enjoyable stay and we could not recommend d it highly enough.

The only improvement would be to have baths in the apartments.

Excellent location with Trinity shopping mall just 2 minutes walk away, dining options downstairs. There’s a small gym in the building and they give you a free pass to use a bigger gym down the road. If driving, you can park your car at Leeds train station. Lovely repurposed old building. Master bedroom has a king bed and the second room has a double, with windows that overlook the downstairs lounge room but still let in plenty of light. Bed and sofa were luxurious. It’s an apartment, so as well as a kitchen with dishwasher and cooker, there’s also a washing machine. Decor isn’t brand new but well maintained and bathrooms are great. The highlight for me was the complimentary muffins, the fridge stocked with butter, jam, a mini carton of fresh milk and a teapot. What a difference it makes to be able to enjoy a properly-brewed tea with fresh milk. It elevated my enjoyment of my surroundings.

We were unexpectedly upgraded so that my daughter could have her own room. The apartment was so spacious and provided everything and more in fact. We were not expecting breakfast but there was milk in the fridge and cereal, muffins with jam and butter and tea and coffee! Beds were so comfortable and lovely toiletries in the en suites. My daughter is starting uni in Leeds so these apartments will be great for us when we visit her. The location is great too especially if travelling by train. Also the reception staff were so helpful and friendly.

Great location Comfort bed and nice toiletries and towels/bedding. Kitchen stocked with milk, bread, butter and jam.

In the main there’s nothing substantial to note but there were inconveniences which should be noted. The Tv didn’t work in the lounge as it wouldn’t tune. Plugs in the bedroom were in random and inconvenient places : not by the bed, nor near the mirror (there were pads for straighteners but no plug to use for these…) The lamps by the bed were only linked to switch at the entrance to the bedroom which was quite irritating

We arrived early and one of the apartments was ready. The lady on reception was really helpful and checked us in so we could do some work in the apartment that was ready. She also checked us into the second apartment so that we could access it at 2pm without needing to come back to reception. The location was brilliant for all that we wanted to do in Leeds. The apartment was fantastic, very well equipped and comfortable. The little extras, milk, muffins, butter and jam plus tea/coffee were nice touches. We will definitely consider staying again.

This is my second stay at Quebecs apartments, the first time was a romantic stay with the hubby and this time was a birthday girls weekend. The apartments were absolutely perfect for both! Each of the apartments were absolutely stunning, all high quality and extremely clean and tidy. We arrived just after 11am, were able to collect our key straight away and leave out bags with reception, when we came back to check in our bags had been dropped to our room awaiting our arrival. The communal areas are just as clean and beautiful as the apartments and the staff are all extremely helpful and welcoming.

Friendly and helpful staff, good location, spacious apartment. Air conditioned. There was a lift which was really helpful with luggage. It's a little slow but works fine. I struggle with light sensitivity so the dimmer switches in the lounge and bedroom were a lovely touch. Lovely big windows meant a nice view of City Square. I had trouble working the shower. A lovely staff member came up and was able to help without needing maintenance staff. The blackout curtains were really helpful. I loved the art work/canvases of places in Leeds. That plus the decorative flowers gave a homie feeling.

The fire alarm went off both days due to the restaurant located underneath the apartments. It was somewhat anxiety provoking as I hadn't been warned this would happen. Reception staff did apologise for this though on the first instance and informed me of the restaurant proximity impacting the alarm.

Very spacious property, beautifully decorated, very central - right next to the station. The kitchen / living area was very well equipped, some basic complimentary breakfast items were included which was a nice touch. Plenty of space for working / charging points etc as a solo traveller. I booked last minute and was given a huge apartment with 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for a very reasonable price, aven though I was travelling alone - it could have comfortably accommodated a family or two couples. I would absolutely stay here again.
