The bed was the most comfortable I had so far in Thailand. I slept great and I think I even caught up on sleep that I didn't know I needed! The location is great. Short walk to tourist area and equal distance in opposite direction to mall and club district. Check out The Library if you're tired of tourist spots. It's nice a quiet. There are a few places to eat and good breakfast across the street. Hotel room is clean, spacious and they have areas to sit in if you want to work outside of room. My shower was great. There is a hair dryer and AC worked great. Staff is friendly Overall - two thumbs up. I'd stay again.

Mira Hotel is very comfortable. The room has a good size with a mini refrigerator. Many restaurants around. Washing machines in front of the building. Eleven minutes walking to night market and 13 to Bus terminal . They have a common area to prepare food. You get 2 bottles of water and coffee every day. The day tour to visit the temples is the best option. Visit the clock in the city center for a show at 7pm and 8pm.

The pillows were hard. After 6 pm, the city has a lot of mosquitos . Keep your door closed.

We got a twin room with a shared bathroom. The bathrooms are very well maintained and super clean. The beds were super comfortable, and they provided a kettle, water, and instant coffee in the room. Amazing value for price. The staff are super helpful, and spoke fluent english. We were very happy with our stay here, we extended an extra night downstairs for a better price than on this site.

Only downside is there was not a fridge provided in the room. There were also other guest smoking weed nearby the room. This is not a problem with the hotel itself, and relatively common in Thailand.

Great location only five mins walk from the night bazaar and about ten mins from walking street. Or just a few mins in a cab. Also close enough for quick cab rides to the white and blue temples and other interesting attractions. Staff where very nice and rooms super Clean. Bathrooms were great and rooms a decent size too.

It was not in the center, but walkable distance (1km each way) you can tuk tuk on your way back as we did at night (if you're tired, for less than 100bhat if you know how to negotiate). Room is basic but ok for a one night stay. Bathroom is large and hot water was working well. Early check-in at no extra price was amazing and for the price, I definitely recommend this place. These gestures make the difference and we don't regret our choice despite the minor issues.

There is a corridor that passes in front of the rooms and windows face that, so there isn't option to have the curtains open without sacrificing privacy.

Quite big room, comfortable bathroom. Close to the main road, but a bit in the back, so it was quiet. Automatic laundry available across the street. Chiang Rai is definitely worth a visit. We went for an excursion arranged at the reception – including the White and Blue Temples, Golden Triangle, and other attractions – it was interesting, informative, and enjoyable.

Good location, only a short walk to restaurants and shops. They held my bag for a full day because my flight was delayed over six hours.

Hotel does not have 24/7 a week lobby coverage. My flight was delayed and I emailed them because you need to notify them when you expect to check in. I emailed about the delay, no response. This was concerning because they don’t have full coverage, but I made it in before they closed for the night. An acknowledgment of my email would have relieved my stress and concern.

Bed was comfortable, room was clean and location was great. The receptionist was very kind and helpful with renting bikes, places of interest etc.

Not a negative but a suggestion. I would suggest the hotel puts yellow lighting in the rooms to give it a more warm feel as the white lights make the room feel a bit cold. There was also no iron available.

Big spacious rooms, comfy bed, everything worked great. Friendly staff who explained everything near to us and things to do which was lovely. USB sockets near the bed! Quiet at night didn’t have any problems

The pillows were horrendous :( they had a split down the middle for some reason. So uncomfortable which was a shame because bed is very comfy.

Friendly staff, speaking English and they can advise you well. Facilities were good, quite new everything. Clean as its supposed to be. Shower is good.

The view out my window is straight to the corridor where everyone walks, so no privacy in the room. Or I have to keep the curtains on. Also the location could be closer to the center.
