The location was excellent, behind a car park and there was some free onstreet car parking. There wax a very short walk to all amenities and the market square. There was use of a sunny paved garden. We asked ahead of our stay for vegetarian sausages these were provided. There was the option of a packed lunch which would have been useful if doing a long distance walk. The owners checked if we needed extras at breakfast regularly and restocked coffee, etc daily.

The cooked breakfast was average, and items such as the mushrooms were microwaved. We would have liked loose coffee, tea and sugar in jars to reduce waste.

Good cooked breakfast, chopped fruit, cereals, toast, lovely tea. Nice breakfast room which they say can be used if you want to take a takeaway in for supper .. although there are some excellent restaurants in Richmond. Although front rooms over a road the soundproofing was very good. Smart shower room.

Directions could be better. Aim for Nuns Close Car Park on Hurgill Road, turn left into large car park and Pinfold House is half way along the bottom of the hill. Parking by meter or Ringo, free between 6pm and 8am and any time you book past 6pm wraps around to the following morning. We arrived just after 4pm so 4 hours gave us until 10am and a leisurely breakfast. It’s a 5 minute walk to the town centre and Rustique and Sunitras great French and Thai restaurants.

Tania and David were very inviting during our stay at Pinfold house. The room was very clean with tea and coffee facilities, which were topped up daily and fresh bottled water provided. Breakfast was excellent with cereal, toast and full English breakfast available. Pinfold House is in a great location close to Richmond centre. We would certainly stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

We liked everything about Pinfold House, the only thing that would make the facilities better would be if a mirror could be located near a plug socket, it would make things easier when getting ready to go out.

The breakfast was amazing! The staff were very friendly and anything I wanted they were more than happy to do and the whole inside and outside was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was amazing! Very well pleased with my stay and I would recommend it for the close proximity to the town centre and historic Richmond sites such as the nearby river and church and museums.

Location is fairly central (near the cricket ground). Plenty of (payable £5-6 overnight) parking available in the Nuns Close Car Park behind the property, which can be accessed from the rear of the garden. Nice Victorian property. Comfortable bed. Good shower. Good breakfast. Owners very pleasant.

The decor is a little dated but in keeping with the property. I don't think it would be totally suitable for those with mobility issues. The room were in was not very large but it had everything we needed.

Location was right in the heart of Richmond, but with easy access by car in and out of the town. There was a large car park at the rear of the property, which was fairly cheap, and we could see our car from the bedroom window. The owners were lovely and made us feel very welcome. A lovely breakfast was provided. Room was comfortable.

Nothing really, maybe the shower in the en-suite was a bit small.

Breakfast was great, good choices of cooked options which were tasty and hot. Location just off the main old area of Richmond but within easy walking distance of all the main sites of interest and restaurants /pubs. Friendly hosts.

There was not anything we did not like. Parking is at back of hotel and you need to look carefully at when you need to pay. There is a back door to the B and B off car park and Tania was on hand to let us in this way so we didn't have to carry bags to front.

Location was perfect for us as we were meeting family in the town centre. Room was immaculately clean and bed was very comfortable and we had a good sleep. Breakfast was excellent.

Thought the price was a bit high in comparison to other places we’ve stayed but to be fair probably comparable to other places within Richmond so overall not a complaint.

Great communication from the point of booking. David, the owner, was very welcoming and explained everything we needed to know. The room was spotless and comfortable with lots of facilities and the breakfast was amazing. Couldn’t have asked for more, I would thoroughly recommend this B&B.

Parking would have been nice but there’s a large car park directly behind the property. This is no reflection on the B&B though and I knew there’s no parking when I booked it so I’m just being picky really.

This is a brilliant B&B within easy walking distance of the town centre. The rooms were spotlessly clean and had everything in them that we needed. The breakfast was delicious and our host David was so kind and looked after us well. We couldn't have asked for more. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
