Kaoutar in reception went above and beyond, what an asset to your company, so kind and caring. The swimming pool was lovely and quiet in August!! The apartment was spacious, quiet and clean. Convenient location of bus stops (bus number 6). Air conditioning was great. Clean towels supplied straight away when asked.

We didn't really understand the different bins inside and outside the apartment. The shower curtain didn't stop the water flooding the floor. A Mirror on the dressing table would be good by the hair dryer socket. The restaurant was poorly stocked and the QR code menu was not up-to-date. There is a 3 seater sofa but I think another comfy chair would be good also adding the following items to the apartment may be useful ice cube tray, bowls, bread knife. Nothing major and we would happily stay again and recommend to others to stay here.

Nice quiet complex in pleasant residential suburbia. Clean. Comfortable bed. Close to Number 6 bus, but beware the buses don't usually start till 8am on Sundays, and it is around 5km walk to airport for morning flight, and there is no online taxi booking.

Flat shower base tends to overflow on to toilet floor, especially if you are not careful to keep your feet away from shower drain cover.

The apartment was spacious & comfortable. The pool was great. There weren't many people staying, so we had plenty of room. The bus into Pisa was regular & on time. A 25 minute walk into Pisa which was fine for us. The receptionist was great, but only seemed to be her working part time.

The restaurant is closed until October which was inconvenient & annoying. The bar was open when the receptionist was there, but she was part time, so a bit hit & miss.

We had everything we needed and a washing machine was a bonus, as we were there for 9 nights. We loved the beautiful gardens and fabulous pool. The area around was great with easy transport into the city on the number 6 bus.

Shower flooded out into the bathroom, and the walls had black condensation marks throughout. A mosquito net on the door to the apartment would be good.

The staff was really helpful and the restaurant had great food and a lovely waiter who reserved a fantastic table at another restaurant. Pool was also great

No breakfast- would have been great to get breakfast in the morning in the lovely garden. The taxis are difficult to get a hold of so ask in reception or take the bus really convenient and easy to pay with credit card per person.

Maybe a mosquito net for the door (there are mosquito nets in windows), but we are bitten by mosquitoes. The only thing I really missed was a dish towel. The restaurant was closed.

I loved how spacious the apartment felt, and it had a washing machine. I actually thought the place looked much better in real life than on some of the photos. I loved the pool area, it was always really quiet.

The garden was a bit run down, and only a tiny thing: the tablecloth was filthy. It came up good once I cleaned it, but it would have been nicer not to have to be doing that ok holiday.

The staff were absolutely lovely, especially the lady that works on reception. So helpful on advice where to go and how to get there. The place was lovely and clean and the pool was beautiful. Lovely and quiet but short journey into town on a bus. Highly recommend the restaurant too!

The accommodation was very clean and in a good location. We needed a bigger place as there was 6 of us and this was prefect. Public transport is very good.

It was a 30 min walk to the Tower or 25 to the smaller train station but we put our steps in and the walks were good for us. We chose to walk.
