I Liked The Fact That It Was In A Decent Location And The Hospitality Was Above Par. The Room Was Clean Upon Arrival And Upon Departure. The View Was Decent. I Liked The Stairs That Led To The Ice Machine. AC & TV Was Working. Hot Water And A Clean Bathroom With Clean Linen. Would Definitely Stay Again Providing That Myself Or Any Other Client Have To Deal With The Guest Reception “ Mr. Al’s ” Unprofessional Behavior Which Isn’t Kosher For The Nature Of Hospitality.

I Didn’t Like The Fact That “ Mr. Al” Was Rude & Nonchalant To My Guest’s Request For Ice. The Fact That My Room ( 326 ) Received A Noise Complaint When We Remained Quiet After Our 1st Disagreement. We Didn’t Complain Of Any Other Residents Along With Early Checkout. I Assumed We Would Depart On A Good Note But “ Mr. Al ” Seemed To Have A Hidden Agenda To Overcharge Me Due To His Personal Beliefs About Me Unbeknownst To Me.

Close to where I was attending an event. Friendly staff, great breakfast choices offered for the free breakfast. The attendant was managing the food and all options were available.

My only issue was finding the parking lot under the hotel. A very narrow one way enter/exit. I was lucky enough to get one of the last parking spots when I returned from my event at midnight. It wouldn’t prevent me from staying there again in the future.

Was newly remodeled. Had free breakfast in the morning with a lot of great choices of items to eat.

They placed someone in the room above me who paced all night long and kept me awake. The waffle maker was out of order. On check out day the key card didn't work at 10:00 am even though check out was at 11:00. Had the cleaning lady let me back in. Otherwise everything else was fine.

This place is the CLEANEST hotel ive ever been to. VERY nice staff! Very nice to have a parking enclosure. Price was reasonable. Nice diner within walking distance that's open later than the restaurants. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel ❣️

Room was very clean. Breakfast simple but satisfying. Staff very courteous, friendly, helpful.

The pass keys did not work well. Had to tap more than 10 times all different ways, no real instruction on key jacket or doors. Had keys changed. It worked with help of staff, then struggled again later. Also parking tight. The first driveway has no signs. The main one way driveway works OK.

Breakfast was really good. The kitchenette where it was served was well maintained.

We were in room 312...the toilet paper holder was falling off the wall, an electric outlet next to the bed came off when I was blow drying my hair, and the wall paper next to the bed was bubbling and didn't look good at all. Someone could come into that room and spend 1 hour or less on touch ups and I would have given a much higher rating. Our room was SO small, nothing you can do about that. Fine for 1 person, but my husband and I kept bumping into each other. Not much you can do about that, LOL!

The hotel was very convenient and the room was clean. We had a nice breakfast before our early departure on Sunday morning. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

The parking did not seem adequate for the number of rooms in the hotel. One way into the area below the building and one way out. The stone pillars take up a lot of parking space.

The staff were very helpful. The continental breakfast was typical for most hotels, the coffee was much better than most! Clean area and they were very attentive to the replacing of food as it ran low. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable.

Great front desk staff. We were originally sent to a room that was not the configuration we requested on Booking. But the staff quickly fixed that. Comfortable, quiet room with great pillows! Very convenient for the weekend activities we had planned.

A bit pricey for this type of accomodation. I would expect a lower price for this particular area. Not exactly a hot spot destination. There were comparable rooms 3-4 miles away for a lot less money.
