We had a very enjoyable stay in this beautiful home. Jane and Alan were so welcoming and we were very well looked after. The room was beautifully appointed with a really comfortable bed and quality bed linen and everything was Immaculately kept. The breakfast was very well cooked and delicious. Outside, there was a lovely seating area with a view of the lovely gardens and surrounding countryside. Faultless!

Lovely, peaceful location, really comfortable room, excellent breakfast in the cosy library, friendly and helpful hosts.

Would have been better if the room had been serviced each day as in most places that we stay in--we had to wash our dirty cups. The shower is in need of regroutung in places, a relatively easy fix. But these were minor issues

We found the hosts very welcoming and helpful. The accommodation was of a very high standard. Enjoyed the breakfasts, which were very good. Lovely location. Thank you for looking after us so well. 😊

There was nothing we could think of.

We had the whole of the upper floor which was fabulous. The wet room was very modern and had a power shower. all the furnishing were of a high standard and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast in the library was lovely. The host Jane was so nice and looked after us so well. There was an outside patio that you could use. I would recommend Throphill Grange 100%.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Breakfast on day 1 was heavy for me however this was addressed the following morning. I cannot praise Jane enough for going that extra mile to make our stay even more enjoyable.

My bedroom was spacious with very comfortable bed and sofa. Fresh garden flowers were a lovely touch and there was a great selection of teas and coffee. I had a large bathroom with excellent walk in shower. The property is in a beautiful rural location with views across the fields, within easy reach of coastal and inland areas of Northumberland. The property is decorated and equipped to a very high standard with plenty of parking. Jane was very friendly and welcoming and provided lots of advice and suggestions about local attractions and restaurants. Breakfasts were hearty and delicious, made using top quality ingredients.

When arriving for the first time, take care to follow the host’s directions to the property as the turning is easy to miss!

The room was spotless , the hosts very welcoming and accommodating. The breakfast exceeded our expectations lovely few days away will definitely visit again .
