The Coffee !!!! The owner apparently obtains a Phillipino Coffee Bean which is roasted locally and ground in the machine when you order. Latte etc are twice the price elsewhere so that became my morning start Coffee in the lobby, nice taste and value for money if you prefer real coffee over instant. Even though it was an older hotel, it was still functional in the areas that counted most, hot water, clean sheets and room, AC worked fine, friendly staff etc The view from the restaurant is nice

The restaurant closed at 7.30pm, I think the hotel missed a trick because I would have happily bought a beer or two up there looking at the view, especially in the storm, lighting and rain

I’ve stayed there already 3 times, each time for 4-5 days in a double room. Working and traveling together so searching always for a good balance for stay. Coming back with pleasure. Stuff is super friendly and helpful, really professional behavior. The room is always clean. The bed is comfy. The AC is strong. The tv works well. The WiFi works well. Also what I like there is a resultant on the upper floor with good view and the food is really tasty.

1. Some rooms have shower above the toilet, not very convenient but ok. 2. Windows are “old style”, so noise protection from the outside is average. The area itself is quiet so it’s ok. 3. The same about noise isolation inside: the doors are not really sound proof. But again, inside the hotel is quiet, so it’s manageable.

So central!! Easy to walk to sites and restaurants. A long way from the airport but taxi was only 350PHP. Great city feels. The crew in the restaurant sang along to the music and I loved my breakfast listening to them. Very cool. The coffee and cake in the downstairs lobby were perfect and a cool wee spot to meet other travellers.

Some of the rooms are internal so no windows. I would have been ok with that for a night but was there for four. They were super chill about it and moved me.

I like the staff, they are approachable and always there to help. Also they have complimentary coffee where we liked it since we do drink coffee. The room is quiet. You can really have relaxing stay.

I think the facilities could be improved. We got locked out because the door needs to be forced in to enter. Also the water is weak. It would take a while for the flush. And also the door in the CR cannot be locked.. But overall it was a great stay since the staffs are helpful in our 1 night stay.

The location is paramount to my rating of 10/10. Within 60 seconds of walking you and your friends are on the Main party street MANGO AVE and Fuente Circle for all events. Also the Staff are very cool people and I’ve stayed here from December 5th going into January 15th.

- clean & neat hotel - accommodating staff (but need to match their energy regardless if you're a foreign guest or not) - cozy room - strategic location (Fuente) - internet speed is fast

- there's noise (during daytime) from a construction nearby - TV is old model, needs upgrade (as well as the cable reception)

Great restaurant with beautiful view of the city. Clean, quiet room. Very helpful and friendly staff. Nestor helped us quite a bit but all the staff was great.

Design of shower - in with toilet and sink and shower gets the whole bathroom wet - but that seens to be the norm

My brother nearly lost his wallet and we couldn't find it in the room. Upon checking out, the staff found it and he was honest enough to return it to us. Staff in the hotel were very kind and courteous upon checking in and checking out. Thumbs up!

I like the friendly staff. The location was superb as it was just beside the famous PUNGKO-PUNGKO in Cebu.

The only thing that bothered me was the slow elevator. But over all, it was a perfect stay!! Will come back soon.

Friendly and helpful staff are definitely the main highlight of the hotel. They'll go out of their way to make things work for you.

The facilities are staring to feel a little dated. But it is still great value for money.
