The hotel was right on the river Ill. The room was small (suitable for a couple) but had floor to ceiling windows that opened onto a small balcony over the river. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, a selection of cold meats, cheeses and breads. Cereals, coffee, juices, croissants and pastry. You could even had boil an egg if you wish. We found the location perfect, close to bars restaurants and attractions. We like to walk everywhere but there is a light rail system right outside the door. They also supply a cold water refilling station in the foyer. If you have a car for an additional cost they supply a secure undercover car park.

Perfect location, nice staff and tasty breakfast. Super close to the city center, restaurants and shopping. We loved that the checkin and checkout times were better than anywhere else giving us more time to enjoy the stay in a relaxed way. Great value for money.

It is in a busy area so it gets a bit loud and since there is no AC you have to open the windows in the evening. Didn't really bother us but it is something to consider if loud city sounds bother you.

This accommodation exceeded our expectation. We have stayed at Ibis hotels before and they are never the same. The room was a cheerful surprise, very clean and crisp and in a superb location. The breakfast was better than average Ibis (or very French at least), and they provided gluten-free bread upon request. They consider recycling and sustainability. You can fill in water bottles at the entrance and they try to reduce food waste. The lobby area was quite nice too.

The room had no air conditioning although welcoming booklet mentions it and it was really hot also during the night (24-25degrees). You can open the windows but the streets are noisy. Additionally, you can hear the noise from other rooms and hallways. Staff could also smile a bit more, life's not so serious :)

Convenient location in the center. Clean. For breakfast you can boil eggs and squeeze orange juice yourself)) and during the day eat fruits and drink tea. The room had a balcony, where it was nice to sit in the evening. There is an elevator. Relatively inexpensive.

The floor in the room and in the hallway creaks. The bathroom is very small. There is no private parking (there is incorrect information in the booking about private parking on site!). The nearest city indoor parking is a few minutes' walk away. It is very inconvenient and narrow even for small cars. But the hotel provides a half-price discount on parking. There is no water in the room, but there is a bottle in which you can fill it in the breakfast area.

The location was excellent, and the staff was very friendly.

I had trouble sleeping due to the sound of dripping water, possibly from the heater (I didn’t bother to report it as twas a minor thing and I have sensitive hearing). the floor creaking every time someone walked on it. The walls were quite thin as well. Overall, it’s a decent option for short, quick stays, but I wouldn’t recommend it for longer ones.

Breakfast was self serve buffet with a range of fresh fruit, yoghurt, meat, cheese, eggs, pastries, breads, jams. All fresh and delicious. Location was central and very convenient - 15mins walk from the Cathedral and about 7mins walk from the train station. Beds were very comfortable, nice to be able to open the Juliet doors in the room.

Very hot in the room, although a good fan was provided, it was stuffy. Bathroom was very small with a sliding door but the shower was powerful and hot.

The room was wonderfully clean and we had a view of a canal and church. Shopping and restaurants were within a reasonable walking distance and breakfast was absolutely wonderful. Everything I remember a European continental breakfasts should be. Just an FYI the only reason we took a taxi to the hotel from the train station was because it was pouring rain. When we left we walked and it was an easy 8 minute walk with luggage.

Location was perfect since we arrived by train and would be on foot for our visit. The breakfast was perfect for us.

Since the rooms don’t have air conditioning we opened the window to let out stuffy air and cool the room down but the noise from the street traffic and rowdy people kept us up most of the night. Closed the window at 2am which helped muffle the sounds. Perhaps offer a sound machine when the windows need to be opened.

The room was small, but nicely equipped. I like the colorful, happy atmosphere with green/yellow/grey spots everywhere but in nice harmony to each other. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was really nice. Everything was done with love to details.

The room could be larger, but it was ok.

I booked the room for someone else and had to ask the hotel some questions. My questions were answered immediately . The person who stayed in the hotel was very happy with the accommodation and said that for its class the hotel is a 10. The room was small as described, but just enough for a person who is there to explore the city and not to spend much time inside. The breakfast was plenty and tasty , including freshly pressed orange juice ( often not offered in other hotels) The person at the reception was friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient to access main attractions in the city by foot.
