The room was very clean and was well equipped. Nice comfortable bed, blackout curtains, tea and coffee selection, kettle, safe, iron, large TV. Some nice touches like the light up mirrors and the dimming bedside lights along with a large TV and drawers plus a wardrobe, shelving in the bathroom and powerful shower. The property was quiet - not sure I saw anyone else in the adjacent rooms, or corridor in fact ! The room was on the smaller side but I was staying alone so it was perfect for me. Free parking when you scan a QR code they provide at reception.

I can't think of anything that I didn't like. As I say, the room wasn't huge and the bed was only a double but I was staying on my own. If you have limited mobility, there are lifts but for floor 2 for example, you need to walk two corridors and take two lifts as it is a big place.

Difficult to say as I was only there for 10 hours. I was given my room card which didn’t work, I went back to reception to get it resolved, let myself into the room and it was occupied, went back to reception (losing my sense of humour at this point after a 3 hour journey) and was given another room card. The receptionist was apologetic and asked her colleague to accompany me. He made absolutely no effort to speak to me- some small talk would have been nice- but had to settle for silence (awkward) The room was great, very happy. Had to leave the hotel at 7am so couldn’t have breakfast, which was disappointing. Having said that, I would definitely return.

My towels had not been replaced when I got there. I didn't expect it so I nearly used a towel that was completely dirty, full of stains, because it was hanging out neatly on the hook and I just took for granted that I'd be greeted with clean towels. Food was a little bland specially roast pork

Everything! The room was big, great spaces for clothes and items. The bathroom was massive and was shower amazing, big, light and great water pressure. Loved the mirrors so much. Especially the bathroom and desk one which lit up. Windows were lovely and big, and I appreciated the fan in the room for the hot weather. Staff were lovely and friendly I never felt scared to talk or ask for help if I needed.

The food prices were a big high especially the £4 service charge for ordering room service, which is a bit high added onto the food price. Also the lift was a bit small, so only a few people at once can use it. Doors slam loudly (which is understandable for fire doors but maybe they could close more slowly?). Maybe a bigger body towel size for bigger sized people would be nice as well.

Accommodation clean tidy and very comfortable, refreshments supplied. iron,hairdryer and safe in room. chance of ordering feather pillow for bed nice touch.

For first time stayers, in there 70s, voluntary information on an easier transition of getting luggage to the first floor rooms from car park via a ramp entrance, with an automatic door, instead of coming back into reception with luggage and having to use the lifts and walking an un-necessary distance to find the room. Would be more beneficial. Also requested an early morning wake-up call which didn't happen?

This was our 2nd stay at Scarman, and we had booked this time following our previous experience. John at reception checked us in and allocated a lovely room, very pleased with that on it's own! Location for us is perfect as we were at Warwick Uni to run a football tournament, so being onsite is really important. Facilities are excellent, we enjoy being able to relax in the lounge afterwards with teas/coffees or at the bar. Cleanliness is 10/10, can't fault any part of it! We're looking to book for next year already!

Firstly our room. It was very well presented and very clean with a great view of the woods behind. We opted for a twin room and the beds were spacious and comfortable. We had a bathroom with a lovely walk in shower. It was very quiet and we slept very well. Secondly the Conference Centre itself. It is very spacious and modern and the outside areas have been planted out to a very high standard. There are lots of nice walks around the area. There are lovely seating areas outside and inside and complimentary hot drinks are available 24 hours from the many high quality machines as well as ice cold water. Breakfast was good. Self service style with option to order poached eggs or omelette if you wanted to. Staff were very helpful in every area, front desk, restaurant, housekeeping, bar. So pleased we booked to stay here and I would highly recommend.

Good clean comfortable accommodation. The complementary parking and tea and coffee made the cost reasonable otherwise it might have seemed rather expensive. Very good staff!

The over-complicated use of the smartphone QR reader and subsequent input of registration number etc for the parking. I'm sure there is a simpler way of doing this and there is an assumption that everyone has got a smartphone which has a QR code reader app and that people are comfortable using long-winded technology for something that should be straightforward.

It was a pleasure staying at Scarman: clean comfortable room and very comfortable bed. Relaxing view over trees and landscaping. Lighting innovative and effective. In the room green tea bags would have been appreciated and less sweet biscuits such as digestive or oat biscuits. Otherwise excellent. We enjoyed playing table tennis and hope to swim next time.

There was one thing I disliked which was the dynamic marketing which I think represented a lack of transparency. My companion paid £81 for his room whereas I paid £90. There was nothing else that I did not like.

Very well priced, comfortable accommodation. We booked this as a cheap hotel after attending the RSC in Stratford. It is well located and easy to find, commutable from Stratford, Kenilworth, Coventry etc. Staff were kind, courteous. The room was lovely & the bathroom excellent (aside from a small amount of mould in the shower tile grout!) We had a pleasant stay - the hotel was quiet, tea & coffee facilities lovely, fan provided, comfortable bed Excellent value for money and definitely worth it if you’re happy to stay on the uni campus!

Everything was fine aside from the small amount of mould in the shower grout, but perhaps this was staining rather than active mould.
