A modern hotel next to the railway station and a short walk from the city center. Even though it's next to the station, there is no outdoor noise coming into the room. The room was clean and the bathroom was adequate. The restaurant of the hotel is really good. The hotel has a certain design philosophy that shows everywhere. In the room was a book that proudly explains the design elements.

The bathroom had very limited possibilities to put your toiletries and clothes. A simple shelf would be sufficient but wasn't there. We happened to be in Bergen during a heatwave (yes, even in Bergen this is possible!). The room has sufficient ventilation but no cooling, which made it a bit hot towards the end of our stay.

Very convenient location for my next day rail trip. It's also a short walking distance from the hotel to the city centre. The room is massive, a sitting room with dining area, a large bedroom, two bathrooms and two TVs. Hotel staff is friendly, very attentive and helpful. Quick response to my pre-check in message, as my flight was delayed. Plenty of selections for breakfast.

The weather was a bit warm at night this year. It would be helpful to have a note next to the temperature control box telling guests that it's for heating only, as I spent some time to work out how to turn on the cool air. But staff kindly came to the room and opened some windows wider to let cool air in. I had a very good sleep. 😊

- Hotel was in an excellent location, next to the translation yet very quiet.. - Breakfast was outstanding with huge choice - Bed was comfortable - Gym quite spacious and equipment good (I was lucky that noone else used it at the time otherwise I may not have had access to the weights) - Quick access to public transport and major sites easily accessible on foot - staff professional - nice bathroom and shower

- room felt a little sterile for my liking - TV not working, fully I checked at reception, apparently a problem they were working on but no indication how long that would take (not a major issue as I was out all day) - room lacked a bit of charm - breakfast area got very crowded

Very busy hotel with lots of young sports groups & lots of door slamming 1 night during our stay. Our tour finished with 1 night at this hotel and booked additional 2 nights independently. Despite notifying months prior we were unable to have the same room for all 3 nights. Requested to check out at standard time and recheck in same day after 3pm Great to have a coffee machine available in the lobby all day. Very close to train station. Breakfast plentiful but first hotel in Finland & Norway not to provide hot oatmeal at breakfast. Breakfast can be very crowded even when it opens at 6:30am Appreciated use of laundry room at hotel next door although just 1 domestic washing machine and dryer. Would stay again as we appreciate modern decor.

Lovely common spaces, super breakfast, loved the all-day free coffee and hot chocolate, fabulously located, calm but cheerful vibe. Warm and cosy. However none of the more negative points below detracted from our lovely stay, or intent to return. The restaurant looked very welcoming but we went out for cheaper options nearby. Very quiet despite being right beside the rail and bus stations.

Our room was end-of-corridor, and thus short a couple of square meters, plus there was a random kid's-type bed in the corner. I'm sure we could have got it moved if we'd asked, but sometimes the easy life is the way. Definitely needed more space to store clothes/bathroom stuff. Also, no room cleaning, only at beginning /end of stay.

1. Location was great! 260m walk from the Train Station. Either walk or take a bus to Bryggen Wharf and Torget Fish Market. 2. Love the interior design, and their Junior Queen Suite was spacious enough for our family of 4 (kids’ age 24 & 16). 3. Bathroom flooring was heated so it’s comfortable during cold season. 4. The breakfast spread was very good, and the setting was cozy. 5. Staff were friendly and helpful.

1. We checked in late at night and the water heater was not working, even after the staff sent someone to try fixing it. Eventually they let us use the shower in another adjacent room. 2. The lighting in the room is rather dim for our liking. 3. Over looking a cemetery which we didn’t mind at all, but in case u are not comfortable with it.

The hotel is very well located to the city and the main train station. We arrived by ferry into Bergen and had to take a taxi from the harbour terminal to the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we were happy with our room. Breakfast was very good with a good variety. We also ate dinner at the hotel and it was also very good. Free tea, coffee and water were available in the hotel lobby - this was actually the case at most hotels we stayed at in Norway. It was easy to walk into Bergen city centre from the hotel and also see the main sights.

Excellent breakfast, an amazing, selection of food items, something for everyone, lovely dining room, great staff. Location was great, walk to all the main museums, a lovely park. And just across from the train station but without the sometimes seed train station vibe.. I was clean, safe and easy to use. Airport train comes in making it very easy to get to hotel avoiding very expensive taxis. I could not be pleased highly recomend.

Winning lotto numbers (joke) can't think of anything negative to say.

-The breakfast is great, providing many warm dishes. They serve smoke salmon but I don't really like the taste. -The room is well designed and they offer nice shower gel with good fragrance. -The location is perfect for people who start their Norway shellnut from Bergen.

I said the room well designed but not include the celling. How on earth, the celling remain like unfinished construction place. By the way, some room will have grave view from windows. Some people may don't like it.

The hotel is in a good location, in walking distance to most landmarks in the city centre. It is a quiet area, ideal for sleeping. Breakfast is superb, with lots of options with top quality products that will definitely give you all the energy needed to enjoy the city.

Room size is definitely a little small, especially with a lot of luggage. I hate having to leave suitcases on the floor because going up and down to catch your stuff on the floor is tiresome and bad for the muscles. I'd appreciate more furniture suitable for luggage. Parking is well organized but it is not on the premises, so you need to walk for 5 minutes. I know this is not a big deal. The price is a little steep, but everything in Norway is quite expensive.
