We stayed here when we travelled from Brisbane to see family and attend a funeral, the people managing the place were so lovely and kind, nothing was ever a bother, if you requested something, they never hesitated to come through, they went above and beyond. The place was clean and tidy, and they provide little benches and a under covered area to cook if you want to use the BBQ or have a cigarette. The pool was clean and a decent size, our son enjoyed his morning swim. Thankyou so much, our stay was enjoyable, and we'd definitely be back when we come down that way again.

Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Good for a short stay.

When Booking online it was difficult to tell if the room could cater for disabled facilities as described and shown by pictures. While every effort was made to accommodate us with 2 beds and a ground floor room, the shower wasn't equipped for my daughter who had surgery as there was no shower hose removable from wall for washing. We only stayed one night so managed.

The Ocean Parade is just a short detour off the highway and just across the road from the beach. Looking for something to eat or drink - the bowling club and pub are a short walk away (and both have delicious food). The neighbourhood is nice and quiet. It's an older motel, but very clean with comfortable beds.

Everything was okay.

At this busy time of year we were lucky to even get a room in Coffs Harbour at an anywhere reasonable price. Donna, the manager went out of her way to make us feel welcome and accommodated our 60 year old son on a stretcher bed when he joined us. The bed wasn't all that comfortable but extra padding was added. All the best for the coming year, 2025

The accommodation is price relative, no complaints here. The room was clean, the linen was neatly pressed, the grounds well kept, the pool was great and I slept quite well - the overall effort to make the stay enjoyable was clearly evident. I would also like to thank the lovely Manager(ess) who went out of her way afterhours to assist with a special request, it was very much appreciated. The location is great, right near the beach and just down the road from the Hoey Moey.

Great central location, close to local attractions , pubs, shopping centre ,beach and park for the kids . The room decor and layout was beautiful. Friendly and welcoming service from all staff .

There was only one face washer for 2 people. Otherwise everything was absolutely perfect for our kid free little getaway .

great location. close to club and hotel, beach access across the road. very clean and comfortable bed. off street parking. staff are fabulous. super friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend and will stay here again.

internet sketchy. tv unable to connect to internet. not really a problem and the new mangers are working on connectivity issues.

Fantastic location. The hosts were very nice. It was clean & comfortable and good value for money.

It is somewhat run down. There are a few maintenance issues. The parking is not great. Probably the biggest downfall. It is very tight parking and next to no room to get in and out with a larger vehicle. But I don't want to be too picky as overall it was fine.

The location was great, just across the road from a park and bowls club and with easy access to the beach. This is by now means luxury accommodation but the room was clean and with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The owners/managers were friendly and helpful. Recommend for a place to stay at a reasonable price and to explore Coffs Harbour.

The location was great, very close to the beach, local cafes and bars. The bbq area was spacious and well maintained.

Although the room we were in was good, it was missing a comfortable place to sit and relax. The room was clean and tidy, but the main light did not work. At times it was very noise at night and in the morning(school holidays)
