Everything was amazing! From the nice big rooms, food (exceptional!), treatments, always smiling and helpfull staff... really great place to relax your body and soul and even do maximum for your health. The doctors are well taking care of everybody and the treatments are exceptional.

That I had to leave. And would like to eat those amazing meals more!

Fantastic ayurveda experience! This was our first ayurveda treatment, we did the 3 day program and the program had really positive impact on us. Extremely nice hotel with great service. The food is outstanding with every day three meals consisting of 3 courses each. Every morning there is relaxing yoga to start the day well. The daily treatments are amazing and vary depending on your body type. Outside of the program there is room to relax at the pool or explore the city of Negombo. Special thanks to Hishan & Saman for the remarkable service and treatments. We hope to be back!

There was many mosquitoes (normal in this region), but we would recommend the staff to be more cautious while cleaning the rooms.

The Pavilions was like an oasis of peace and tranquility in Negombo. The treatments were fantastic and my friend and I both left feeling refreshed and rested for the rest of our trip. The hotel is located near to a sister hotel and lots of other restaurants and shops. The food was inspired, the passion and creativity put into a primarily vegetarian/vegan menu was incredible. I am not a vegetarian but I wished that my friends who are could try the food here. If you are on a meal plan then your menu will be determined in part by your Ayurvedic type, this wouldn’t have been right for me so I was on a B&B only plan and I did eat out several times. My only suggestion would be to offer more variety on the menu. There were some amazing curries (loved the bitter gourd and the banana flower) and I might have eaten more at the hotel if there had been an option to choose from a sort of ‘tapas menu’ similar to the traditional Sri Lankan curry but with the ability to choose 2 or 3 from a selection and then to choose, rice or bread or poppadum as accompaniment. The team who run the Pavilions were lovely throughout, there was a real sense of pride and community which made it feel a very special place to stay.

The ayurvedic doctor could have given more detailed explanations and background, I really liked the treatments and their effects, but would have liked to understand more on ayurvedic principles

First and foremost, the staff are exceptional - I arrived super late and was picked up at the airport (additional charge) and the driver was professional. Kalaka (may have spelled wrong) checked me in and made sure I understood the system for the Ayurveda appointments. The room was lovely and the surroundings relaxed. The pool is clean and a good size. All the staff smile and say hello - such a great feature of the Jetwing experience! Ayurveda treatments are just amazing!

The location outside the hotel is quite touristy, and has loud club music - but within the hotel grounds it’s calm and peaceful.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Jetwing. Peaceful, healthy, relaxing. Everybody is very professional and dedicated, making sure we got the best service. At the restaurant they are attentional, it is a talented group of young waiters. The reception as well, very helpful and accommodating. Housekeeping taking care of anything from room, laundry, water supplies etc. The rooms are nice and simple, it works! Everybody can follow the morning yoga, the yogis approach and his technicality is incomparable, second to none. Treatments and massage very very good and helpful. So nice to be able to use facilities on other Jetwing Hotels, eg. gym and 50m pool at Jetwing Blue. It was peace of mind!

My stay at the Ayurveda retreat hotel was truly amazing. The treatments were exceptional, performed with great care and professionalism. The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and always ready to help, making me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. The atmosphere was so peaceful and relaxing, perfect for unwinding and rejuvenating. It was a unique and enriching experience, and I’m so glad I chose this retreat. Highly recommended for anyone seeking relaxation and holistic healing!

I like everything actually. Staff is excellent absolutely!!! Thanks a lot to everybody there. I felt like at home, even better because everyone is taking care about you. They are doing their best really. Thanks a lot to Mr. Nimanka especially. Is a boutique Ayurveda hotel. 36 rooms, quiet atmosphere. Food is very light, healthy and tasty. I can tell only best words about management of this hotel. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

A very nice, calm place to have Ayurveda treatments. The massage was one of the best we’ve ever had by very sweet professionals. Nice swimming pool and possibility to use the facilities of the sister Jetwing hotels à few meters away on the beach that we advise to do.

Yoga only one session at 6:30 in the morning!!! We missed all the classes Negombo is not very interesting so maybe not the right place if you are not looking for Ayurveda treatments.

I thought the staff were excellent and very helpful. The room was comfortable and cleaned everyday.

The massage therapists did not all have the same techniques which made me feel that they were not trained together. I was ok with vegan food. However, the diet was low in protein and did not have a variety of vegetables. Having said that the kitchen staff tried very hard to respond to our requests. The bedrooms had alot of mosquitos and more should be done to minimise this.
