Everything All the staff were amazing from reception staff to the pool staff, and a big thank you to Norman the security guard who was an amazing man We were upgraded a room on arrival which was absolutely wonderful! Big thank you to the room service lady who bought us up our evening meal Thank you all at the Peermont D’oreale Grande for making our stay amazing!!! We will definitely be back

Everything was wonderful, nothing to dislike

Woken in middle of night at about 01h00 with "emergency evacuation". After some decent down emergency stairwell staff member came running towards our group decending from the top stating "false alarm you can go back." No official communication or pardon ever attempted let alone received. Most unprofessional and unsatisfying.

I am not sure how the invoice procedure works as both the hotel and booking.com is pointing to each other to get the invoice. I am disappointed as I now have a zero-value invoice as the payment was done to booking.com but it is pointing to the hotel for an invoice, they issued me with a zero-value one and said I need to contact booking .com for it. SO confusing and still don't have an invoice.

Staff is wonderful and treated us as family. Property is very clean and secure. The food and view in Reign is great and the convenience of all the additional restaurants in the casino makes it easy to have options for food without leaving the building.

We had to go home...Seriously we could not find anything that was wrong or that we didn't like. We were in town to visit family and being able to have them meet us at the hotel for breakfast made lfe easy for all.

The Peermont Hotel, conveniently located near Johannesburg Airport with a shuttle service, offers a fantastic stay. We were delighted with the beautiful pool area and spa facilities. Additionally, we were pleasantly surprised to receive an upgrade to a suite, which was incredibly comfortable and luxurious, complete with access to the Club Lounge. The service throughout our stay was exceptional and friendly. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we would highly recommend it to others

Conveniently close to the airport. Well sized rooms. Clean. We loved the hotel’s restaurant.

The corridors are very noisy during the night. There should be a guard on each floor managing the sound level of guests coming in after a night out. We didn’t get any sleep the first night of our three night stay.

Generally very clean, showing a bit of wear and tear in the furniture. Clean bathrooms, hot water. Great restaurant, Reign with very good breakfasts and excellent dinner menu. Very, very good cocktails. Easy to grab, dedicated shuttle bus from the airport (easy to locate), probably better value/quieter than the onsite-airport options if you are taking a day to rest after a long flight.

Wanted the beds separated as I was travelling with my elderly mother. That request was made at booking and not followed through.

We enjoyed the new bar area in the D'oreale Grande, we also visited the Xmas lights, the Peermont team put a lot of effort into the show this year, the experience was magnificent. Fortunately for us our room was upgraded from our booking, the reception staff was excellent and we were truly impressed with this. The room was spacious, clean, and well laid out. Before we left the property we had a delightful breakfast in our room

Nothing actually, everything ran like clockwork

The interior is great, very clean and is safe. The breakfast at Reign restaurant was amazing too

- Cleanliness at Reign is a bit of an issue. The outdoor tables are not well taken care of in terms of cleanliness - Initially when we arrived at Reign for breakfast, we were not well received. The waiters seemed overwhelmed, not sure why as it was not full. We had to ask to be taken to a table, the table was dirty, then we waited for some time, then had to ask for someone to serve us. So that was unpleasant
