All of the staff are extremely friendly and so helpful. The rooms and bathroom are so spacious and nice as well. The hotel in general is well maintained. I would recommend this to anyone who stays in/near Philadelphia.

The only thing I had a "problem" with is that there was some silverware that was dirty and the bath didn't drain well. I think those are normal mistakes/things that get missed.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. The breakfast was very good and in a lovely room, with actual dishes and silverware. Room was well appointed. I was there only overnight, but i would have been comfortable for a much longer visit.

Didn't like the check-in on the second floor. Made it inconvenient to the parking area.

The king studio was a large space with good in-room amenities, and the room was nice and quiet. breakfast was really good.

The hotel isn't new so some of the spaces and furnishings are a bit dingy. Location has nothing nearby, but it is conveniently walkable to the septa station.

We had a wonderful experience here and don't understand the negative reviews - so glad we ignored them. At check in and out we were warmly greeted by everyone. There's a luggage carrier for transporting bags. Location is excellent. We were visiting friends nearby and took the train, less than 5 minute walk, to Philly. A great way to avoid driving and parking. Room is spacious, modern, very clean, full size appliances, comfortable bed and seating, good charging plugs and lights. Easy to find. Lots of place for storage. We would recommend. We didn't use gym or pool but nice to have. Public areas are very nice.

The only reason I didn't give a 10 is because the wifi was spotty; we didn't receive a strong signal and it kept dropping.

Breakfast was filling and lots of items to choose from. Especially make your own waffles, plenty of free coffee. Many hot items too.

No business centre with internet access computers, for surfing the internet and printing out stuff. Charge per night for parking.

I selected this property for the ‘location’. It was very clean with nice amenities. Breakfast was typical but good!

Water pressure in shower was sub-par. Toilet stopper needed to be replaced to keep toilet from ‘running’ excessively

Hot breakfast and waffle machine were very nice.

Numerous electrical outlets in room are worn out, would not charge our devices due to lack of contact.

The breakfast catering staff were impolite and check out person was not friendly. (All other hotels leave coffee and water available- this facility removed them first.)
