Room was spacious (especially for one) and had good equipment. Bathroom was modern and well laid out. Shower and water temp were excellent.

Being asked to sign the so-called "registration form" with complex and unexplained legal provisions, including an indemnity! Not at all clear that necessary or beneficial from the customer's point of view, and anyway contract for booking already made (and charge made on credit card by then). Cannot recall any hint of this requirement on booking app. Very poor impression made by this.

Great location close to restaurants, groceries and beaches. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The cabin we took was small but functional.

The kitchenette had a good fridge but no stove, only a microwave, a few plates, small bowls and cutlery. There were no pots or pans or larger knives and spoons. This made the "kitchenette" disfunctional and disappointing. In the shared kitchens there were stove tops available but no pots and pans. If you didn't own a fully equipped caravan, and didn't want to eat in restaurants, you were out of luck.

I liked the location, the wonderful front verandah and dining set to watch the sunrise/sunset. The driveway right next to the stairs to the cabin made it easy to unpack/ pack the car. The screen door can be locked with the key from the inside, which gave me peace of mind being across from the river and accessible to the public while on a trip with my children. The double bed was comfy and there were plenty of windows to allow natural light.

Having to put sheets on the top bunks was a bit difficult. An extra floor mat in the bathroom would be wonderful, as they get wet quite quickly with 5 people staying.

Right in the centre of town, so was able to walk most places. Bed was very comfy. Facilities very clean. Always some kind of activity organised by the park for kids, and different food trucks most nights for a quick and convenient dinner. Staff super friendly.

Cabin was a little tight, but had everything we needed. Pool only opens until 7:30pm, and if you are hoping for a swim minus the screaming kids, forget about it 😂 The beach was a much better option 😊

The TV was difficult to manage. The sound was so loud & we were unable to reduce it with the remote. We had to turn it off at the wall & not watch TV in the worry we were causing grief to the neighbours & our own ears. One thing that was annoying that can not be changed I imagine, were all the channels in the road for water run off. Very bumpy. Even worse when we have stayed previously in a van. Everything that is not safely put away is a write off as it is sent flying, I felt even I would be.

We stayed in a studio apartment and the room was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The staff were exceptional. I had to alter my booking prior to arrival and each time I either messaged or spoke to someone on the phone, I felt valued as a customer. Dawn and Jo are both awesome representatives for the business and I was blown away by their friendly and efficient service. Communication really is key in the tourist and accommodation industry and they nailed it! I can't say enough in regards to how impressive and refreshing this experience truly was and we can't wait to come back!

Location. Friendly and efficient staff. Dogs on leash is a good idea. Finding the accommodation and parking was easy, good instructions. Good pricing.

Bed was too firm for us and the pillows were too fat. There were very few barbecues to be found which is a problem if you're in a studio with limited cooking facilities. The camp kitchen seemed to be mythological. The food truck was pretty ordinary. Aren't there any Vietnamese or Lebanese people in Port Macquarie?

Bedside lamps were blindingly bright.. would be nice to have a slightly more muted option. Light outside the front door on all night was a little annoying as the blinds let in some light. All minor things, though! The room and location were excellent, and the room was super well equipped overall. Music on the green and the food truck were great additions and the very short walk to the breakwall.. awesome!

Beautiful position right on the water with lovely views. Nice verandah for sundowners. Very clean and comfortable bed. Close to the town and easy walking distance along the breakwall to The Shack for evening drinks or good breakfasts.

A bit cramped in the living area with the bunk bed taking a lot of space. Only two comfortable chairs so wouldn’t recommend for a family. Best for just two people. Bathroom small with nowhere to put toiletries. Would like bedside lights as the overhead light very bright. No chopping board but otherwise very well equipped.

Excellent location. Close to the breakwall, walking tracks, cafes and restaurants, town centre and beach. Great facilities within the park including Pool and food vans. Great communication from the park to advise of happenings. Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Easy check in process. Room very clean and well organised.

No Ceiling fans in room. Sometimes they are more effective than air conditioning.
