I was thoroughly impressed by the hotel. Nestled right in the city center, just steps from the Old Town and Sarajevo Cathedral, this hotel offers the perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and rejuvenation. As we were in Sarajevo when it was 35C we saw air conditioning in the rooms and the indoor pool as gems. Pool was perfect for a morning swim or a relaxing float after a day of sightseeing. And the fact that all these amenities are complimentary for guests is a huge bonus. Rooms are modern, spacious, and very comfortable, with some offering charming balconies. The breakfast buffet was ok. Could be better, but it was fresh and varied. What truly elevated the experience was the incredible staff. From the front desk to the spa and wellness team, everyone was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. They went out of their way to make sure every guest felt welcome and well cared for, which made a big difference in the overall experience. If you're visiting Sarajevo and want a hotel that combines central location with top-tier wellness and fitness offerings, Hotel Central is the place to be. I’ll definitely be returning!

Our initial room was on the two levels. Air condition was not able to cool the top level and there was no window to open. As a result it was a true sauna, avoid this room if you are in Sarajevo during summer hot days. The front desk was accommodating and changed to room to our liking.

The beds very really comfortable and the room felt spacious. We had a small balcony towards the street that allowed us to get some cool air into the room at mornings and nights.

The air condition didn´t work properly when we arrived. It was heating despite being set to cool. This was fixed later on the evening and then it worked. There were a couple of bars very close by that played music at an extremely loud level on our arrival night long into the night, making it more or less impossible to sleep. (The hotel staff acknowledge the noise level and offered to us to change to another room the following day)

Excellent location, just steps from the Old Town, making it ideal for exploring the city. Friendly and attentive staff especially Diana and Nadim. Beautiful indoor pool and fitness centre. The breakfast was good, could do with more variety. Room was nice and clean however no views from the window as we were inward facing on the 7th floor.

Breakfast options could be enhanced with greater variety, especially for diverse dietary preferences. Accessing the pool through the lobby in robes felt uncomfortable and awkward. Our 7th-floor room lacked a view, and certain facilities could benefit from better maintenance. Noise insulation was insufficient, as sounds from neighboring rooms were audible. The bathroom design posed challenges: the toilet was cramped for taller individuals like myseld, and the shower leaked, leaving a large puddle on the floor. Addressing these issues could significantly improve the guest experience.

Breakfast was very wonderful each day, staff was lovely and helpful, and access to such high end gym facilities was really amazing as well! Also, the location cannot be beat.

Our room was great overall and very comfortable, we even got generously upgraded, but would recommend some things like hot water heater (there was coffee and tea in the room, but nothing to make hot water) or a microwave, more towels available and robes (there was one full set of each, not really enough for two people).

The location is just amazing 5 minutes walk and you are in the old town the room was clean the bed was comfortable the shower was great and we were right near the door to go downstairs to the 🏊 pool that had a sauna and steam room used both really clean and spacious just couldn’t fault this hotel it was perfect. Breakfast was really good plenty to choose from eggs fried scrambled and boiled a nice selection of cold meats and cheeses toast and fresh fruit just excellent really enjoyed our stay Maria & Shaun. There was nothing we didn’t like everything was just ace

Location is indeed very central, everything is walkable from here. Great place if you're into fitness as it has a gym, swimming pool, sauna etc. and they are all excellent. Breakfast was great. Was a nice surprise to have plenty of English TV channels. I would say pretty good value for money on the whole.

The staff, while professional, were not exactly friendly. Some of the decor is just a bit weird (our room had an Irish theme, for example, no idea why considering it's in Sarajevo?). It's pretty noisy as it's surrounded by bars and clubs- we stayed mid-week so the music stopped early ish, might be a bit of a nightmare on weekends though. The swimming pool is a proper pool and, as such, great for actual swimming. For kids though, it's very cold, and ours lasted about 5 minutes before their teeth were chattering.

This hotel has so far the biggest most equipped gym I ever saw in a hotel. It’s two floors with everything possible available, including big pool. If you are into sports, then this hotel is perfect. Also, it’s good on its own - excellent location, spacious rooms.

It feels like previously it was allowed to smoke in this hotel - at least the hallways have some kind of smell that is not entirely horrible, but neither is too pleasant. It’s okay in the gym and inside the rooms though.

No complains but I wish they had more information available about the parking lot. The hotel itself doesn’t have a parking but it would be nice to get more info where to park a car or even have available parking spots for their clients (Wallet parking service??

The location of this hotel is very good. Very close to everything you will want to see, including Latin Bridge (2 min walk), Franz Ferdinand Museum (2 min walk), Museum of Genocide and War Crimes (3 min walk), Bascarsija/old town (3 min walk), Cable Car (5-10 min walk).

This hotel is dry, no alcohol. Not a problem though as there are plenty of bars around the hotel, they don't mind you drinking but just not in the hotel.

Location was great. Easy walk to all main sights to see, the bazaar, the museum, and even the chairlift to the viewing point was an easy walk. Lots of atmosphere surrounding the property at night and the staff were equally hilarious and friendly. The breakfast was European Continental, lots of good options, must eat the pastries! The room itself was clean and I’d stay here again.

The property was a little tired and the hallways make you a little unsure what to expect when you get to your room but it was a clean room with great facilities, a safe, robes etc.
