I had an exceptional experience during my stay! Raquelle was an amazing host who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Her attention to detail and warm hospitality truly exceeded my expectations. The rest of the front desk staff were equally professional and welcoming. A special shoutout to the wonderful lady who was serving breakfast. She was truly fantastic and made mornings even better with her kind and attentive service. The rooms were comfortable, and the price was very reasonable for the quality of service.

Clean. The front desk was very kind. Maintenance was very helpful when needed. Breakfast was good. Every worker was always nice and very polite.

TV was terrible. Needed maintenance many times for our two night stay. Cable didn't wanna work. Or tv would come on and just stay on a black screen. Left for the day and came back, and the housekeeper was in our room.didnt like them being in there with all of my belongings. And personal things while I was out.

Being across from PNC Park was extremely convenient. The housekeeping staff deserves to be recognized. The room was exceptionally clean!

Parking is apparently not guaranteed. We wanted to leave at about 9:00 for a brief outing. We were told by the front desk staff that they couldn’t guarantee we would have a spot when we returned. She told us we could park in a certain garage down the street and they would reimburse us in the morning. We decided to risk it. There were no spots when we returned an hour later. After discussing it, we made last attempt and found a car hesitantly leaving their spot. No parking in a room that expensive, is unacceptable. In the morning, around 9:00 a.m. we had no hot water. I have no idea how a hotel that large can run out of hot water.

Josephine and Raquel were more than accommodating. They are the frontline of your hotel and exceeded my expectations! They both made us feel at home and helped with the surprises I had in store for my girlfriend visiting Pittsburgh on her birthday for the first time. Byrd, your shuttle driver should be commended as well. He is personable and funny and made our rides special!! What can I say about Meeka. She livened up the experience in the lobby/breakfast area, always with a smile and great joy for not only us, but all the other guests we saw he interact with!

Rooms are small. We had four people, and it was TIGHT. The pool is small. Parking is a little bit tricky, but we were there for a Phillies v. Pirates game (maximum capacity) and we always found a spot. The let people sit in the fire lane outside, and this caused a big backup during loading and unloading, which was annoying.

Very well situated for the city centre. I received a pleasant welcome, the room was spacious, clean, and warm. The bed was comfy, water hot and water pressure very good. Good supplies in the room, including kettle and coffee, shampoo, conditioner, soap and body wash. Check out was swift and pleasant.

I’m a Brit so tea options in the room would’ve been welcome! There was suggestion of a vending machine in the hall but I could only find ice.

Gnomes were big, liked having a pull out couch, staff was very helpful and nice.Maintenance got back to us when we needed extra items very quickly. Pool area was too steamy and hot. Water temp great but felt like a sauna.

Location, staff, beds, room size

Lighting in bathroom and vanity is terrible. Bathroom was fine but needs updating- tub was chipped, tub faucet about to come out of wall, and would not switch from shower head to tub faucet so no bath. 1 out of 2 elevators working but the staff had clear signs telling everyone they could use the service elevator so that was nice!

Proximity to PNC. Bar/restaurant on premises. Have stayed here several times for ballgames and business meetings.

Price/Value. With all the taxes and fees on top of the rate, bill came to almost $600. My recollection is that I stayed their relatively recently for 2-300 a night. Maybe an attempt at value pricing due to season home opening weekend.

Great location for us visiting for Picklesburgh. We had trouble finding their parking lot with all of the road closures, so we called in and they were very helpful with the directions, and even friendlier in person when checking in. We had a great stay!

Breakfast was average. Showers need updated.
