The quiet is Wonderful don't noise at all night

The only bad things is they don't have a breakfast

The staff and the housekeeping were great!

We were kept private . Staff friendly.

It was very inexpensive, my bed was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in at a hotel, location was decent for where I was going. AC worked great.

It is older and outdated, and there was a bit of an odd smell. My sink leaked at the spout, but I only used it once.

Despite previous reviews, all necessary surfaces were clean. I checked sheets, boxspring, sink, tub and tabletop with a flashlight within 5 minues of arrival. All freshly cleaned. Owner was responsive when I called about non-functional TV at 9:30 at night. Came right up, adjusted box (behind dresser) and voila- cable TV. Easy to get to.

Carpets throughout need replaced, and entry way to hotel does smell funny - really bad actually. But I was on top floor and only there for 10 hours a night, for two nights and it wasn't noticable once I closed the door.

On short notice I decided to stay here, (the reviews almost made me change my mind) they put me in an upstairs room and I requested a downstairs room when the reservation was made, the gentleman @ the front desk was able to switch me to a room downstairs. My room was next to the office.

Although my room was ok this place needs an overhaul! If you're a handicap person or have trouble climbing stairs you may want to look elsewhere. There are a few steps that lead to the office, no ramp, no luggage cart, no elevator for upstairs rooms , and a double staircase to access the upstairs, even the downstairs rooms exterior access had a number of steps. Though the desk clerk was able to get a room downstairs we could not understand one another it was a combination of me not hearing well & his English not being very good. Last of all I was a little leery of parking my classic car in the parking lot, got a bad vibe with all the people hanging around outside, the car was fine the next morning. Not a big fan of extended stays hotels if this is the case here.

I knew that it was a sketchy neighborhood but it was really really reasonable and very close to where I needed to be to attend a funeral. It was convenient to restaurants and Drug stores eat et cetera

I knew that it was going to be 2nd rate but late but the carpets were torn and the residents were very low class it seemed like a welfare hotel
