The room was very spacious, including the bathroom. For a room that size I’d usually expect to pay well over $250/night so value was excellent. The gym facilities were clean and modern. Staff was friendly and polite. Location is about 1 mile from the arch, which was a perfect walking distance for me.

I found the bed to be a little too hard and the pillows were somehow like lumpy air… continental breakfast options certainly were available but were slightly under expectations.

In general I enjoyed the hotel. The first floor (lobby) is nice and modern. The elevators are to old and the carpet from the elevators going to the room was dirty. I liked in general the continental breakfast they had.

I don’t like that they have maid services after the 5th day of your stay. At the end I didn’t mind about it because I usually keep my room clean and they had enough clean towels for all the days I staid. I didn’t like that they do not give you a bottle of water as complementary every day or in my case for my CPAP machine.

Had to pay 45 dollars a day for valet parking. I stayed 2 days so it should have been 90 dollars but they charged me additional 45 for leaving to take a tour of Budweiser and coming back

We booked our room on-line in the mid-afternoon when we spontaneously decided to stay over night to attend the Cardinals game that evening. We drove from the Gateway Arch parking garage a few minutes later and checked in. The valet parking secured our vehicle. We walked back to the river front, then to the game, and back that evening.

The building is being renovated, resulting in the sidewalks along the sides of the building being closed. We walked an extra block to avoid these which put us on streets on which we felt comfortable (we have lived and traveled in many urban environments). This was a minor inconvenience which will be resolved when the renovations are finished.

All staff was very friendly and accommodating, considerate and attentive. Front desk staff especially kind. and considerate. Great food selections set-up, and taste, very clean beautifully furnished accommodating excellent dining environment. Our room sleeping, relaxing and snacking, bathroom and personal areas great. Valet parking was pronto courteous and done with a smile.I wish my schedule had allowed me to spend more time in it.

The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the menu changed daily. There is a burlesque theater just down the street.

The desk was strange and not very useful. The television was in a weird position relative to the bed and couch.

The rooms were extremely clean and I felt safe staying there. The gym has way more to offer than I expected and was happy with it.

I wish the property had a parking lot available but overall there were parking spots out on the street nearby and it was affordable.

The nice lady at the front desk. There is a key card issue, after 3 or 4 tries of the keys not working, she put us in a different room that the keys worked on. The room might of been an upgrade. She was very kind and managed everything by herself, it’s at least a 2 person job. Pictures included are of the nice view of the historic building and museum.

Housekeeping was very good and nice. Only thing was that the flooring needed a cleaning in the kitchen walkway area.
