I thought the staff was exceptional . Customer service was top notch . Pool was clean and the pool guy Colton was fantastic. All of the staff was polite welcoming and very friendly. The guy at the guy at down stairs bar was also fantastic. Everyone , everyone was so kind . My room was clean. I can’t say anything bad . My husband and I enjoyed our getaway and will be going back

The only person that was hateful was the older man at checkin . We had asked a question and he was rude and short with us . He didn’t want to really help us. Everyone else was kind and willing to go above and beyond .

We enjoyed our room, especially the complimentary robe and slippers. The staff was super helpful, curious, and kind! Everything was very clean!

Unfortunately, we didn't get to experience everything the hotel offered because we got married Friday evening. We were exhausted when we got to the hotel at midnight. The only complaint I had was that someone at the front desk said they'd send up a dessert for us as a celebration, and it never happened. Honestly, that's the only complaint I have.

Check in was good. We got there late but were able to get food there through room service last minute. We also had to change rooms because our shower had a maintenance issue. the other room was upgraded and a little bigger, so that was nice. The chairs in the room were dated and need replaced. Breakfast was good, but not free. There was a pet friendly area to walk your dog. Down the street from the Aquarium. Parking was valet. Elevators were fast.

The rooms could use an update on some of the decor and furniture for a Westin.

We paid for the stay and no information was given upon arrival. We did not get told that we paid for breakfast or where to eat. Just pay and go - not a friendly experience at all. Also the staff made a bill mistake and chased us out the driveway on foot- making an awful scene in front of everyone over $44 charge that ended up being a mistake on your part!!! Completely unprofessional and unacceptable! I will never come back here just for this reason..

This hotel is top tier! The staff was wonderful! They were friendly, professional and very helpful. Thomas (Tom) at check-in was a gem! He paid attention to detail like my birthday. He made sure to get me the room I asked for in my reservation. He did special things for me to help my birthday celebration feel special. The staff in the restaurant were profession and friendly..My room was very clean! Love the extra touches like the robes, bed sheets spray, Just overall a pleasant stay!

No complaints!

From the moment you pull in everything goes has planned. From parking the car, to checking in. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The location of the hotel is okay. It’s a bit of a walk, but not too bad if you are going to the aquarium. So be mindful if you have children. Other than the location, I wouldn’t change anything. My Family will be back.

The bed

Everything! It was superb. Everything from the room, the bed, the view, the valet, the pool, the staff, the cleanliness was fantastic. This hotel has really got it together and it’s great.

Of course.. with everything nowadays it’s a little on pricey side, BUT it’s very worth it when you see the effort they put in to make your stay nice.

Very accommodating and the staff is very nice and helpful. One of the bell hops Connor was absolutely amazing and so was the valet. There is a Starbucks in the lobby which is nice, and we really enjoyed the late pool hours.

It is a little far from a lot of the restaurants and activities downtown. Other than that nothing

Nice (large) foyer area with indoor/outdoor fireplace and Peet’s coffee shop, restaurant & bar area. Decorated lovely for Christmas. Great outdoor area. Checkout 11am, which gives adequate time.

No Pool or hot tub open in December.

Rooms were very spacious, clean and beautiful. Beds were comfortable. Location was great... you could walk to near by places. I'll definitely be coming back. This is my choice of Hotels from now on. Front desk and all other staff members were friendly and professional. I Love That!!

The pillows were a Lil worn... not comfortable at all. No microwave in room which that's understandable but at least have one on each floor for guests to use. You pay too much money for either of these issues.
