All members of hotel staff I encountered (front desk, bistro and housekeeping in the hallway) were very cordial and in a good mood. What a nice thing to experience!

I stayed 3 nights and had no housekeeping services at all. Since I traveled solo, that was fine - I didn't run out of towels, but the trash cans in the rooms are small. If a refresh of used towels and trash removed could happen, that would definitely help. Also, would have added security due to recent shooting that occurred on CATS bus literally right across from hotel about a day before my stay. It made national news as the bus driver shot one of his passengers! Yikes!

Location and cleanliness

Didn’t get my free breakfast which was included with my booking reservation. Paid extra for this service for no reason.

There was not breakfast included but a Starbucks with a few paid options Air condition was next to a bed making almost imposible to sleep while on

The entire place was clean and quiet. Staff was very nice. The rooms were very clean. I will return here. I really Love my name being on the TV once I arrived. I FELT SO SPECIAL.

In the bathroom the shower door was semi open and water was all over the floor. The design looks Great but wasn't really working.

The hotel is very clean and welcoming. the staff are very kind and helpful.

Breakfast is good but can be better with being an open buffet instead of ordering and waiting.

Excellent customer service, room nice and clean, beautiful location near premium outlet mall, and eating place. I lived it.

I wish instead of a very over priced bistro they would just offer a continental breakfast.

Location and comfortable

I absolutely LOVED everything! The location was great, the room itself was wonderful, it was a very clean hotel and I can't wait to come back! The outside seating area is gorgeous and I love the fact that there's a bar, bistro, and coffee options in the lobby as well. This will definitely be the only place for us to stay when we go back to Charlotte!!

I didn't too much like the design of the shower. It looks great, but, it doesn't close all of the way and the entire back portion of it is completely open and this caused water to still spray on the floor and the towel that I placed there to step out on after my shower.

The night manager was fantastic. She assisted me on my Uber app so I could get a ride back to the airport. Such patience
