The location with a great view. Family bedroom was clean and new, very spacious. 7 minutes car drive from The main part of Sorrento, they also offer a bus shuttle service to town. Beds very comfortable and clean!!!!

First night we were exhausted by our traveling and want to stay in for dinner. Upon arrival at the hotel restaurant at 21:15, they said we need to order by 21:30 because that is the time the kitchens closes. We placed our order by 21:20 and our food came by 21:28. We are a family of 4 and ordered 4 meals and they did in 8 minutes and it taste horrible. It was my worse and most expensive meal of the trip! After we received our plates they start to clean the restaurant and closing up everything and looking at us impatiently and I felt they really wanted to get rid of us. They closed at 22:00 ( didn’t inform us about the restaurant closing, just kitchen closing) Breakfast was weak too.

The care the staff took of the guests was exceptional, whether it was at the bar round the pool, at reception, the maid service or shuttle bus driver. The service was amazing, always friendly , nothing was too much and always helpful and greater with a smile. It was refreshing to see staff takes pride in the service they give. The hotel was always clean, the pool was clean, rooms super clean , fresh towels and bed linen daily. We had a family sea view room , it was probably the best family room we’ve ever had. The size of it, with a section off for the kids beds, the most largest comfortable bed I’ve ever had on holiday. And the start of the show was our balcony view of Vesuvio . I nearly cried - to wake up to that beach day was breath taking.

Only a few things I would suggest. you can’t walk down to Sorrento as it would be too dangerous, especially with children. There are no immediate little shops you can access, so I’d suggest a little shop in the hotel for drinks, snacks , etc - when we had a pool day, other than the bar there was no where we could quickly pop to. A trip into town wasn’t a quick trip. I’d also think a few more shuttle bus times as it can be quite limiting and taxis at $30 a time can quickly add up.

all was great! The staff very accomodating, friendly, and the hotel views from the terrace with music everynight was great! We had a seaview room and our views were beautiful! The hotel bus ran until 11p so the 2 nights we stayed later just took a taxi. Sorrento has a great taxi line so easy to pick one up. Any questions were answered and the refferals they made were great! Honestly, the pizza by the pool was some of the best pizza we had in the area! We had dinner onw night and the food was delicious!

The eggs were runny and the bacon very under cooked. All other items were great!

The hotel is lovely, with a beautiful reception and lobby. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. Our room was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. Although the hotel isn’t located in the city centre of Sorrento, it offers a free and reliable shuttle service into town, which was extremely convenient. The pool was excellent, and the bar area in the evenings often had great music, creating a lively and enjoyable atmosphere for dancing and socializing.

Breakfast was decent and had most of what you’d expect, but I did miss having a better fruit selection, such as cut fruit or fruit salad, which would have been a nice addition. Food by the restaurant in the bar was far too salty - actually the worst meal we ate in Italy. Plus disappointing PiZza and salad. The only real downside was that the restaurant closed around 9 PM. If you returned late and hadn’t eaten, there were very limited food options—both in the hotel and through delivery apps.

The hotel was very clean and contrary to some reviews, was modern. The air conditioning throughout was brilliant. The pool area was well kept and it wasn’t busy, we managed to get sun beds at any time of day. The shuttle bus was useful but it would have been great to be a bit more frequent if possible.

The breakfast was ok, but for a 4 star hotel would have expected more choice and better quality. It would be appreciated to have free water fountains throughout the hotel, it feels wrong to charge for water from the minibar

Pool area was lovely. Free bus down to town centre. Staff in restaurant were top class. I injured my foot and they brought me coffee and food to my table. Nothing was a problem

Breakfast was awful. Glad I wasn’t full board. Eggs were like soup. Reception staff not great. We came home from a day at Capri and I had injured myself falling downstairs. We asked if we could have some ice up to our room and we were told to go to the Bar… he could see I could hardly walk.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. I highly recommend booking the room with a sea view and balcony - the views were beautiful! A complimentary Shuttle bus service to Sorrento centre was great. The only downside would be that you cannot get to the center on foot as there is no footpath leading to the hotel. So if you need something in the shop you will have to get the shuttle bus - it is no problem as the buses are frequent. Taxis for a 10 mins drive into Sorrento center were pricey at 35EUR one way - so its great to have the bus included. Pool was big and breakfast had a good selection. We loved our stay

This is a solid hotel for the price. It's definitely quite old with no frills, but it was good for what we needed. The free ~10 mins shuttle in and out of town was great and dropped at an easy location - we only wish it ran a little more frequently. The room itself was as described / pictured, clean and the bathroom was a nice size and clean. Room was cleaned daily. Our AC was not very powerful, but we managed and thankfully we had the electronic window shades to keep the heat out during the day. The rest of the hotel was fine, and the huge pool was lovely and breakfast had a great variation and some gluten free options. Most of the staff was super friendly and helped us call taxis and gave us great dinner recommendations. For a hotel with a pool just hardly outside of Sorrento town I think this was a good value. Beautiful view from the front restaurant terrace.

As mentioned, no frills and the hallways/parts of the hotel were really beat up and dingy. The hallways were very visibly old and crumbling. Didn't really affect our overall experience and we'd still recommend the hotel. WiFi was spotty and had an outage while we were there. Our room service pizza was not great. Have to pay 5 euro to have the pool towel cleaned or keep the same one to use the whole stay. We only went to the pool one time, so it wasn't a problem but found this a bit odd.

Very clean hotel!!!! Awesome view!!! There was a staff member at the hotel(young & speaks English) I didn’t ask for his name but he was very helpful & offered exceptional service OMARI at the reception was exceptional. His service was top notch. Management & Omari was very concerned when mum fell ill & they called an ambulance. I will forever be grateful.

We took the staff bus at 10:30am on the day of check out. The bus driver was extremely arrogant. More so to my mum who is almost 80yrs. She was unable to climb the bus and he wanted to leave her behind ( who does that???) instead of assisting her.

The view from our room was simply spectacular. Room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. The hotel is a little bit out of Sorrento town centre but the free shuttle bus service was great so it wasn't an issue for us. The staff at the reception were fantastic, very friendly and helpful with information and booking excursions for us. we also had a very nice barman who created a cocktail for us that definitely deserves a place on the menu. We would stay here again.

Parts of the hotel could do with a little modernisation and there wasn’t any tea/coffee making facilities in the room which was a little disappointing. There seems to be some work starting on the rooftop which would be an amazing addition to the entertainment offering as the views from the rooftop is about as good as it gets.
