The villa located just under the tunnel which is very close to the ski lift goes to Seceda. Also you are at a very close walking distance to the city and walking distance to the other cable lift on opposite side. There is underground parking for car. Always hot water in a bathroom. Internet wi-fi. We had a safe box for the documents and other valuable things. Ski room with heaters. Elevator in the building. Very helpful and friendly owner. I can definitely recommend

Super clean and uncluttered. Spacious. Kitchen had exactly what we needed to cook a few meals at home: pots & pans, dishes, utensils, a cooktop, ample counterspace. Loved the espresso machine, plus the complementary espresso pods and tea bags! We enjoyed chillin' & dining on the small terrace (beautiful view!). Really appreciated the maps and other literature about recommended activities in the area. Easy access from the bus from Bolzano/Bozen or Bressanone/Brixen: We got off at the St. Antonius Platz bus stop, and then it was a 3-minute walk to the public escalators, and then another 3 minute walk to Villa Hubertus. The host was super helpful via What's App, and always responded very quickly.

Everything was perfect

The beutifull town, good restaurants, there is two cableway station and one of train to Resciesa. Villa Hubertus is very nice appartments building, we stayed at first floor, new ,very clean and comfortable appartment, with amazing view ! The appartment has two bedrooms, one living room, kitchen and two bathrooms. There is free underground parking with access to apartments, that belong to apparrment. The hoste, Gerald, was very nice, kind and helpful.

There is steep entrans to the building, but it was ok for us.

Nice and quiet apartment with great location, super close to Seceda lifts and escalators to the town center! Views from the apartment are stunning! Host is very friendly, check-in and check-out process was fast and easy. Private parking was a huge bonus too. Thank you for a great stay in Ortisei!

Everything was great!

This property is perfectly situated near the ski slopes and boasts a stunning view. You'll never have to worry about parking with ample space available and the added convenience of a garage. The lift makes it easy for taking your luggage straight from the garage, the ski equipment storage ensures that you can keep your equipment safely stored away. If you're feeling hungry after a day on the slopes, you won't have to travel far as there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Additionally, the town center is easily accessible. Inside, the room provides ample storage space with a good wardrobe, while the well-equipped kitchen will make cooking a breeze. Overall, this property provides everything you need for a comfortable and convenient ski vacation.

Unfortunately, there is currently no mirror available outside of the bathroom. This may present a slight inconvenience, especially if multiple people are getting ready at the same time. It might be worth considering adding a mirror to another area of the property, such as the bedroom or entryway.

The location is outstanding nearby almost everything. The staff was friendly thanks to gerald for easy check in and out. The apartment is clean and furnitures were new. The apartment is big we enjoyed our stay

The room was new, modern and clean. There is a comfortable kitchen so and it would be nice to do a long stay. The location was excellent, easy access to cable cars as well as the town. There is a beautiful path to the town. We had a small dog and she enjoyed her walk.

The location and the breathtaking view from our balcony. The apartment was practical and very clean. Gerald the host was friendly and helpful and always replied promptly.

They provided 4 coffee capsules on the first day we checked in (for 4 ppl apartment) but didn’t top up during our 3 night stay but offered to charge €5 if we would like more.

We rested in the apartments Villa Hubertus from 06.01.2024 to 12.01.2024. We had a great time. Cozy, spacious apartments with a beautiful view from the window. The apartments had everything necessary for a comfortable rest. Very friendly hosts.

The location is fantastic. Views of the city are beautiful. The apartment has all the appliances etc. you need for a stay.

Better and more pillows. A dish scrubber. Recycling bin. Extra towels. A trash can in the bathroom.
