It would be hard to fault this hotel except for one thing - see below

In 2021 the management of the adults-only lagoon pool was subcontracted out. This means that very loud music is played at this lovely pool throughout the day. This not only affects one's enjoyment of the pool itself but the music can be heard throughout the hotel - in the rooms - at the other pool etc... The "day guests" at the lagoon pool seem to dominate it in terms of numbers and service provided to them. I can see it is a fun day out for groups of friends but it is not suitable for such large numbers of them to be at the flagship pool of the hotel. Also, as there is no keycard access to the hotel buildings or the floors with rooms, these day-use clubbers have access to all areas of the hotel. I think this is a security issue.

Room was a good size, I don't take breakfast so no comment there. Location is a good distance from downtown Dubai, but that's why I like it, much quieter

There was a fight between a drunken guest and the staff outside our room on the Sunday, I have never experienced this in an Arab country. It took us calling the front desk before security were called and the individual was escorted away. A shame the property is attracting that type of customer I used my Hyatt gold card to register for points when checking in, when checking out I was told that as I had not stayed at a Hyatt for 2 years all my points (which were considerable) had been wiped. I explained a concept called Covid which has resulted in severe travel restrictions, but to no avail. No reflection on this hotel, but I will avoid Hyatt going forward

Proximity to the airport .. The restaurants in the hotel are amazing the curries at the cinnamon club are prob the best I’ve ever had , the steaks at Asado also great . TBH every one of them I couldn’t fault and the staff always happy and helpful .. Spiros , Dimi , Alex and the team at Twiggy beach club made sure everyday was perfect . Loved that place

The rooms are tired and in need of a spruce up and this is coming soon I’m told .. having 2 dogs in the next room was a first for me in Dubai . I love dogs but not when they are barking and taking them out in the middle of the night slamming doors .. not great .

Amazing Stay, from the check in Special mention to Manuel and All for the team until the late check out really appreciate , every moment was incredible experience, front office really give you feeling you come home and it was my first stay, room service thanks a lot to Zeechan who take care my amazing room with a beautiful view, excellent Thaï restaurant, Amazing time in family pool area with mention spéciale for Elisabeth & Mellissa & Félix manage day pass for my friends come share the day with me, beautiful sunset and dinner at the cinnamon restaurant also coffee and Tea in a lobby really nice and I forgot the name but very service. And the Best & Unforgettable traitement facial with Ibu Dyan and happiness of this lady, beautiful Spa with super nice Team and Manager of the spa so Thanks a lot for All of the Amazing Team, congratulations to the GM you can be proud of your Team and I will be back hopefully soon and for my opinion in Dubaï now definitely park hyatt creeks is my new favorite place, this place is more than hotel is Home 🙏🙏🙏 Géraldine

The facilities and the room were great.

Charged half a day rate for check in at 5am after getting off a flight. Needing to sleep during the day and checked out at 11pm. Advised the staff of this and still charged full day rate plus half a day rate for less time then a full day if I checked in at their check in time and out at the standard checkout time. Nil ability to reflect on this from staff. I was advised that if Emirates organises this, then it's complimentary which made so sense to me as staff could not advise how they recovered this cost. They advised me that booking.com doesn't provide this.

I would like to thank Arun for the room upgrade as we were right on Twiggy Beach. We loved having our own spacious balcony and our own sun-beds. The rooms were very spacious, always exceptionally clean, and we loved the aesthetic. They catered to everything that we need even calling us asking if we would like a hose installed in the bathroom and extra lighting in the room as it was a bit dim. Room service was great! Breakfast was great. Staff were amazing.

The food was below average and I expected more for what you pay for. The Japanese restaurant didn’t feel fresh and was stale and took so long when the restaurant was empty.

Beautiful. Staff were Amazimg especially when my flights were cancelled due to storms . They pulled out all the stops. Arranged shower facilities hot water in their club house golf club area. Alex the director called us personally and spoke to us and asked what we needed and offered us complimentary goodwill gestures and was extremely apologetic. This was exceptional customer services. Manual at concierge was amazing and really looked after us . Exceptional customer service . Juan . Ahmad at reception were very kind and helpful . Krishna and Manusdin from cleaning team were helpful . Sonam from the restaurant was lovely . It was a 10 star experience in a 5 star hotel . It was worth coming to Dubai . The hotel lives up to its name . Luxurious & amazing

All positive ( Only breakfast is a little expensive ) + my room 1403 carpet cleaning was not that good compared to my last 2 stays in the hotel.

Excellent location and huge golf park for walking, running etc. Brilliant for families to take time out of stressful city environment. Hotel design is modern internally but they kept Arabic style on facade design which was historical and relaxing.

Restaurants are extremely expensive that is normal in such place but that was a lot behind than normal. Breakfast only taking about 100-120$ for per person. Drinks in restaurants are extremely expensive. Even shesha that supposed to be cheaper since it is Arabic item but much more expensive than other places.
