The place was located close to the freeway and it’s on the main road. The place is clean and the staff is friendly. There was a bible in my room which I liked cause mine was at home. We ran out of ice and they brought a bag of ice. There is a room with a small yard with gates, suitable for people with pets. The place is quiet and the pool was clean. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a place midway from Cape Town to Pretoria.

The breakfast is good and customisable to your preferences. The lodging is located just outside the city center, so you will need your own transport if you want to head into town for any sightseeing or shopping. Otherwise, it is an excellent choice for a stopover, being closer to the national highway than the center.

We had a comfortable stay and the breakfast definitely hit the spot. The staff were lovely and helpful, friendly and warm. Keep it up guys.

Very minor issues. The toilet seats were those cheap plastic seats which came loose. Maybe something a bit more stable like those wooden ones would be better. The shower head in the second bathroom was mostly clogged and so I found myself dancing around the shower trying to get the water streams. Those were our only issues. Having booked through Bookings.com, the breakfast was overlooked but the staff were great and quickly whipped up a scrumptious breaky.

The host and staff is very friendly and made us feel at home. The breakfast was tasty. We will definitely book again should we have to visit Bloemfontein again.

The communal kitchen can be challenging as not all guests are equally neat in the kitchen.

Clean, easily accessible! The owner tended to all our needs, she was very friendly. She made sure we were comfortable. Breakfast was personalized to how we like it and time that we wanted. We couldn’t have asked for any better accommodation. Would recommend to family and friends. Friendly staff.

Location was great, breakfast was good and host was very friendly.

The ad on Booking.com was a bit misleading. It read "pet friendly" and nothing was said about paying extra for a pet. However when I rang the host after Booking the room, I was told I need to pay R250 extra for my pet.

Customer experience means something here! When I checked in, I explained I would be leaving before breakfast service. The amazing staff would not hear about it, I chose my favorite brekkie and this was delivered to my fridge to take with me at 05h20 This was a staff initiative, no management involved - very cool humans xxx It's the small things that make a difference when traveling.

I liked the location, the accommodation as a whole, the room and bathroom's interior. Very comfortable and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. Despite not enjoying the breakfast as below, I really enjoyed my stay and will stay again.

I didn't enjoy the breakfast. I do not eat pork and when I sat down for breakfast the kitchen was out of stock of mushrooms. I opted for the beef patty breakfast but unfortunately the patty was raw in the centre and burnt on the outside, so very unappetising. I didn't like being in the Fig room so close to the kitchen and reception and area where the staff store their belongings. I would prefer to stay in one of the rooms around the pool next time.

Amazing and friendly staff. Amazing facilities. We had a problem and they gave us a quick solution to our problem without a fuss and so pleasantly so. Such amazing service through The breakfast was amazing. The scenery of the place, astonishing. Very very happy, I would refer this place to the people I know with a smile.
