A really stunning property in a fantastic location. The lobby and rooms are light and spacious and the whole place has a very cool modern vibe. The whole place was immaculate. Loved the rooftop pool area and the staff were so friendly and attentive. We had breakfast at the Juniper Table every morning. It was great. And 4 Saints restaurant / bar was also very very good with very accomplished waiting staff and great food. Be sure to book in advance as we tried to go again during our trip but it was all booked up.

We did feel like the ventilation could have been better in the ensuite bathrooms as it didn’t really seem to be functioning. The chamber maid often came quite late, although on the two occasions we had to chase, they were very responsive and it was always done to a very high standard.

Location is great, staff was very friendly, but we found this hotel to be overpriced for what you get.

Breakfast arrangement is kind of weird. There's a small cafe on the ground floor where breakfast is served, but we didn't like it at all so drove for breakfast to the Ace Hotel next morning, where it was a lot times better. For this price (we paid around $700 per night) we expected better breakfast, after staying in Palm Springs few times in the past. The pool was much smaller than we thought and the water was extremely dirty. Our kids were looking forward to swimming there, but because it was overcrowded we only managed to stay there for couple of hours.

Professional and efficient staff, very positive interactions with each one...shuttle to airport with explanations by valet of wait-time, helpful and pleasant when my friends came by with car, etc. etc. etc--!

The music throughout the facility. Got to be an irritation after a few hours waiting for a friend downstairs or at pool. Would have preferred something 'softer.' But that's on me: my advanced age---

The ambiance and overall feeling of the hotel was the best

It is nice, but for the price I would have thought to get more out of it. Maybe some waters and we ordered room service which the food was mediocre and in my option overpriced. Would have been better to get take out at a surrounding restaurant because there many to choose from

Everything was perfect from the main lobby to our room. The views facing the mountain are spectacular. The location is perfect, it is very easy to walk to all the main restaurants, stores and clubs.

The only downside was that the rooftop pool and terrace is small and is packed most of the time.

We had a great stay! Beautiful property, great little cafe to get breakfast, lunch and coffee. Location was perfect, within walking distance to shopping and dining. Very pet friendly and clean. We loved the rooftop pool area as well!

So, we stayed here in 2019, there is no coffee pot in the room, I don't like the half shower, needs an entire door, valet was professional, front desk was professional, room was clean, balcony is small, not private and this room is not a suite. The Tv would not get local channels except the last night...we were there 4 nights. It's in the heart of downtown, close to great hiking, casino, Spa and restaurants, which is nice, but it's overpriced...

Half shower door, no coffee pot or Keurig in room, unacceptable, 90 percent of Americans need their coffee...fortunately I don't, but my husband does.

The design is stunning. And the team was utterly phenomenal The room service being healthy, organic, flavorful and seed oil free was a giant PLUS and will make us want to return

zero-- it was our most favorite hotel of our entire lives and have stayed all over the world

reality, whilst ok from the outside and the lobby area is done well, rooms are not special (and whilst I get used (and pleased)) to modern floors such as stone or wood in many cool hotels outside the US, the Rowan, as other hotels I stayed in in the US, still like carpets…) if you book „mountain view rooms“ be aware, that this also includes the view on a huge parking lot…I preferred the city view. Pool area is „overfurnished“ and not relaxed at all.

60 credit per day dowstairs Juniper breakfast excellent. Happy hour and snacks well done. Pool was nice.

On 6th / top floor under the restaurant noise from chairs is significant and windows let noise through more than they should. Did not bother us but could bother others. Also don't expect too much privacy with partner in washroom.
