We had two studios, one for us as a mature couple that overlooked the gardens and my adult daughter had a very nice balcony apartment at the side that was very suited to her needs. The reception staff were very helpful and accommodating. We were so pleased with the accommodation and its location that we stayed an additional two nights. Highly recommended as a budget option in the centre of Menton, close to the lovely beach and its bars and the shopping areas with some good places for pizza and a cool beer at reasonable prices. The underground car park at 9 Euros per night was a real bonus as was the lift to the accommodation. Do learn the codes though! Head room 1.83 m for those of you with SUVs and our Range Rover Freelander fitted in well. It also proved a good base to visit Italy being only a ten minute walk from the station.

We loved the whole place.

The room was great. Very clean and well appointed. It was exactly as was shown on the website I booked on. The reception staff were also great...very friendly and helpful and made me feel very welcome. They were always willing to help whenever I had a question.

The WC was a bit small and tight to get in and out of. The sofa in the living room area was uncomfortable however the bed when opened up was extremely comfortable. There was only one roll of toilet roll so we had to buy our own. We also had to buy paper towels for the kitchen. One or two rolls of this would have been useful.

Exceptional location! Nice terrace with a park view. Friendly stuff at the reception. Possibility of parking in the underground parking.

-Dirty floor. After 15 min. in the room soles of our feet turned dark. -Although, I wrote, that I'd like to reserve a parking place, on our arrival, there were no parking places available. Maybe I misunderstood something from the confirmation letter. After couple of days, the nice lady at the reception find the place for our car :-)

super quiet, cheap (for the area) and in the middle of the city, the apartment is little but has everything inside and the balcony was pretty big.

Maybe the dishwasher and fridge were a little old but it really doesn't matter

Small apartment close to the beach, casino and with walking distance to the harbour and the old town. The apartment had all we needed but it was a little too small for a family of four.

Best location in Menton, 1 block from the beach, easy walk to the train station, within 10 minutes in Monaco. I definitely recommend staying here.
