We had travelled by car from Calais so were very tired & hungry. The young woman on the desk,Souad, was most helpful. She was charming,polite & very considerate. In no time she settled our account & enabled meals & parking. We were very grateful for her kindness & efficiency. It set the tone for a restful stay. Thank you Souad.

The hotel is minutes away from the train station which is very convenient if you're catching the train from Paris. The reception staff are very friendly and spoke perfect English. The rooms are spacious, the bed is incredibly comfy (loved the pillows), the bathrooms are recently renovated and the Rituals products are a nice touch. There's a decent size fridge in the room. Breakfast was great too. It exceeded our expectations.

The wifi was poor. It just about worked on my laptop but my phone could barely connect to it. It would've been great to have some streaming capabilities on the tv - such a huge tv but nothing to watch.

Excellent central location in Tours and not far off the autoroute. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Comfortable, quiet and well-appointed room. A great stopover on our journey south.

Parking is a bit of a challenge if you arrive later (especially if you have a roofbox and cannot access the underground parking) but staff were very helpful in directing us to alternative parking.

Every thing close to the train station which is a huge plus. The rooms are big bathrooms are nice.

The wifi was terrible. The manager knew there was a problem but couldn't fix it. Is much money as we pay a night. The wifi should be perfect. Get someone in to fix it. We had to have our windows open because it was too warm in the room, which in return you here everything outside. The bar, if you could call it that was bad they don't know how to mix drinks. They don't have a restaurant it's just for breakfast. The refrigerator was not very cool.

Perfect location just next to the railway station, but not overlooking the busy and loud square in front. The room was sizeable and the hotel fulfilled our request to provide us with a room not facing the trains, thus greatly contributing towards the quietness during the night. There is a paid parking attached to the property.

The restaurant was disappointing. Housekeeping was quite careless at times -- not cleaning thoroughly, forgetting an open window or a pillow lying on the floor.

Nice clean hotel with parking. Staff were friendly and kind. We did not eat there, but the dining area looked nice and fresh. Easy walking distance to all the main shopping and restaurant areas with the old town about a 10 minute walk.

The hotel is located right on the edge of the city centre. It has its own secure outdoor parking garage underneath. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious, comfortable with great facilities. The breakfast was a buffet style with a great choice. Overall a great experience.

Clean, with all the essential amenities, coffee and tee pot in room, we appreciated also the little fridge. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Breakfast was a bit overpriced in my opinion, but staff was willing to accommodate our special requests (gluten- and lactose intolerance) and kids could it for free so it compensated.

The location was superb, underground parking so centrally was a real bonus, and the breakfast was excellent. The room was beautifully air conditioned and well equipped.

Great location and car park was very secure and underground. Staff were very friendly and professional. Souad at reception was very helpful and so kind with our toddler who loved the giant teddy in reception! 😊
