Amazing super welcoming and friendly staff. They always smile which is really refreshing especially when you’re tired all day from traveling etc. plenty of toiletries and bathroom amenities. Fast WiFi no problem working available on all areas of the hotel. Great food they provide plenty or large servings I am always full I think I gained a few pounds. The food were homey and very delicious. Plenty of parking. I wasn’t able to use the relaxation center but they were available during my stay. Definitely worth the price. Will stay again if I come back.

There’s no lift not a big deal for me but for people with mobility issues request the lower floors not the top like what I got.

We stayed at Hotel Grami for five days with my wife and granddaughter, and everything was absolutely exceptional. A heartfelt thank you to the owners for their warm hospitality and care – you can truly feel that this hotel is run with love. We booked the all-inclusive package and were very satisfied – the food was varied, delicious, and fresh, and the restaurant staff was always kind and attentive. We especially enjoyed the outdoor pool, which was perfect for cooling off and relaxing on warm days. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the entire hotel was very well maintained. The location is excellent – peaceful, yet close to the center of Bansko. Free parking is available, which was a great convenience. We highly recommend Hotel Grami to anyone looking for quality accommodation, a pleasant atmosphere, and outstanding service. We would gladly return!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel with exceptionally friendly staff. Opting for a half-board plan gave us flexibility during the day, and the food at both breakfast and dinner was excellent. Though the outdoor spa and pool area was compact, it was beautifully maintained, with perfectly warm water—ideal for unwinding after mountain hikes. The wellness facilities included a sauna, salt and infrared rooms, and various massage options, which we made great use of during our stay. Our room was comfortable and met all our needs, and we especially appreciated the communal lounge on each floor, offering views of the surrounding mountains. Evenings were spent watching movies on our laptop, winding down with a bit of family time. Having on-site and nearby street parking was a definite bonus for travelers arriving by car. The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the town center, a pleasant stroll, and we found a few local shops and restaurants nearby. A bakery next door was unfortunately closed for the holidays—we would’ve loved to sample the local breads and sweets! One small thing to note: like many accommodations in Bulgaria, the hotel doesn’t have a lift. We had to carry our luggage up to the room—no big deal, though we were a bit loaded after two weeks of travel! Still, this was minor compared to all the positives. We thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quiet of both the hotel and the Bansko area. It may have been the off-season, but for us, it was perfect. We explored nearby trails, including the Banderishki Lakes—an easy 3–4 hour hike with about 300m elevation gain—and also hiked to Pocovo Lake, which began with a scenic 30-minute chairlift ride. Both routes offered stunning views and are highly recommended. For the remaining days, we relaxed in a nearby mineral water bath and explored Bansko at a leisurely pace, ending our days with tranquil evenings by the pool. We truly had a superb experience and cherished every moment of our stay.

It's a nice cozy place, very close to the center and has almost everythinf you'd need

In the closed pool there was something that stung our eyes and throat - I assume it might be Sulphur from the water pumps that pull water from underground It was impossible to stay for more than 2 minutes unless you were somehow immune to chemichal warfare without opening a window to breathe fresh air That would be my only complaint, eveything else was perfect and very affordable Anither suggestion is to increase the temperature inside the open pool during winter, maybe with additional water pump, as water was quite cold when it started snowing

Hotel Grami is a charming little hotel with a prime location. There are numerous restaurants and shops nearby, including stores for ski equipment, making it incredibly convenient for visitors. Ski lift is 5 min walk from the hotel. The room was well-furnished and beautifully decorated, offering ample space for a comfortable stay. A delightful addition was the in-room coffee machine, which added a touch of convenience. The hotel boasts two heated pools—one indoor and one outdoor—providing a relaxing experience regardless of the weather. The spa, included in the price, is on the smaller side, but we had no issues using it during our stay. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, with a variety of tasty options available. Overall, this hotel provided a wonderful stay, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bansko.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 days and was absolutely delighted! The room was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable — it had everything needed for a pleasant stay. I was especially impressed by the amazing view from the window, which I couldn’t get enough of. The food was excellent — everything was delicious and made with care, you could really tell that quality ingredients were used. The staff were exceptional: friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. And the owner of the hotel deserves special praise — such a kind and responsive person who truly cares about every guest, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back again!

Clean room and all facilities, comfortable beds, modern furniture, great and diverse food, good location close to gondola and downtown and quiet, nice hosts, worm (adjustable heating with A/C)

No radiators or means to dry ski underwear, no shower curtain and drainage (water accumulated in bathroom without mop to clean it), dark- rather small window in mansarda and insufficient number of lamps, spa area works from 10-19h - inconvenient for people skiing, cold water in very small swimming pool and too much chlorine

This is our second visit, location is perfect with a panorama view of the magnificent Vihren peak and Todorka ski slopes! Sadly it was a rainy week. Breakfast and dinner are delicious and varied. The spa area is small but comfortable and warm. Very convenient location next to the starting ski station.

We would prefer slightly bigger pillows, but that's a minor thing.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They organised a transfer for us for the day we left and provided us with coffee and a sandwich as we were leaving before breakfast. The position of the hotel was quiet but not to far to walk to the attractive old town. The pool though small was very relaxing as we had it to ourselves. The breakfast was very nice. We chose yoghurt pancakes/muesli which came with a plate of fresh fruit and real honeycomb. But there was a range of other options. The communal seating balcony was very pleasant.

The room was comfortable but a bit basic, and a bit hot at night.

Room was like a little apartment. Very spacious. Great choice of channels on the tellie. Great breakfast buffet. Great outdoor seating area. Expensive decor throughout the property. Lovely Christmas decorations.

We could hear the people next door one night, but it was more so that they were inconsiderate to other guests. Policy clearly says no parties in the room. There didn't seem to be changing facilities in the swimming pool, so we just changed in our room.
