The three person room was excellent, large, comfortable, with good beds and a good bathroom. The location is central, if a little hard to find at first, and is truly accessible, elevator, no stairs. The wifi worked, the shower was good, there were enough towels. This is a comfortable place to stopover, and good value for money.

It was hard to find from the street address. The entrance was often crowded with people using the car park, so the wait for the elevator could be long. Otherwise, this was basic but good.

This is one of the most cosy places I've ever been to actually. The staff was extremely caring, the breakfast simple yet delicious, the room warm and spacious. Also it's close to Kölner Dom so it's easy to get anywhere in the city. My staying here was overall great and I highly recommend this place.

These are gripes, but my room could use an extra extension cord and better sound isolation. I was unlucky enough to get a snoring guy in the next room and couldn't go to sleep for five extra minutes because of that.

Location was perfect, the hotel was clean and pretty, the room itself was perfect! At first I was afraid what the room would look like because I read alot of negative reviews about the hotels in Köln overall. I was pleasantly surprised how clean and nice the room was! And having a room with balcony for that price is unbeatable factor!

. Very nice room in a very nice location. The room is spacious, and the bathroom is excellent. The hotel is actually a single floor in a mall/parking building, with a big supermarket on the ground floor. The metro station is within meters from the hotel and the shopping area is around the corner. The old town and the cathedral are within walking distance.

Loved everything about this place! Excellent value for money, best location near Heumarkt and supermarket underneath. Easy to locate and the room was spotlessly clean, fresh towels every day was a nice touch. Slept well, beds comfy and hotel quiet. Would definitely stay again!

Loved everything

Perfect location for anyone, who wants to explore the city centre of Cologne. The hotel is located close to the shopping district of the city, where you can get by foot, and to the Heumarkt tram station, which allows you take a tram to go to further places. Cathedral is in 15 minutes. The owner and stuff are good, speak multiple languages (English included) and are open to various cultures.

The hotel was great! Very central location, but quiet. The room was pretty big and very clean, with a nice balcony and had everything we need (even disposable house slippers). The staff was very friendly. Parking in the same building for just 15 € per day. All in all best value for money :)

Very friendly staff, very clean and they were extremely responsive to our requests - we are on a cycling trip and needed somewhere safe to store our bikes for the day, they allowed us to store our bikes in a safe place for the day even when we were technically checked out! Brilliant service and very attentive.

The property is close to the attractions like the Cathedral and the bridge. The room is spacious and the balcony is very nice. Me and my husband enjoyed our stay. The staff ate very nice and friendly. We had a very good stay and its worth the price.

The refrigerator should be cleaned.

Good location, above the parking garage. You drive the car into down town Cologne, into the public parking and just take the elevator to the hotel. 15 euro for parking 24 hours. Very easy. Get some snacks in the supermarkt under the garage, and off you go. Friendly staff, good beds, warm room, warm shower, television and fridge for the snacks.
