Great helpful staff, very pleased

This is the third time we've stayed here with our dog. The room was sparklingly clean, bright and welcoming.. We had a street-side room and no problem at all with traffic noise. When we accidently left something in the room at the end of our stay, Nicole very obligingly offered to post it to us.

The the bench supporting the handbasin in the bathroom is disintergrating and shedding particle board fibres which make a mess on the floor. Not very nice to walk on. .

Quiet, neat, clean, well maintained, well set up (it had everything that was promised - kitchenette without cutlery and no plates, so bring your own). We felt at home.

Super convenient location, close to cafes, shops, restaurants . Lovey outlook over the pool garden. Staff were friendly.

Very quiet even though so close to the main road. Having a microwave!! The comfort of having a table and chairs AND armchair!

Wishful thinking (except for that is where the window is).... a higher mirror! ; ) (Room 3)

Everything excellent, had really nothing to complain for. So friendly owners , they ask you if you need something. They look after their customers very well.. We never had a better stay in our lives than in here For sure we are going to be there soon and spend more days in there.

There’s no reception area the key is collected remotely.there wasn’t any cutlery or plates so if you plan on staying a few days take some crockery and cutlery.

I loved the accessibility to the KFC restaurant. The garden was nice for a smoke and I have never had better wi-fi

I was a bit lonely with hardly anybody there. Rooms were a bit close to the highway. Slept well though

perfect location, well maintained, a little dated but let’s just call it vintage, great value for money and didnt really need to speak to the staff at all, loved that it was pet friendly

the only downfall I would say is that construction is currently happening behind the property, wasn’t a massive deal for me as we stayed over a weekend but if staying through the week you may not get a sleep in and I understand not leaving the dog alone in the room but it’s a bit of a bummer as it can limit you
