Location: When you look it up on the map the location may seem a little distant from the center. But the connection is superb. 5C bus line connects Norrebro district with the center effectively. 5C also reaches the airport, so one bus line is sufficient for everything. It is quite frequent. Room: It ıs not big but still above the Copenhagen average. There is a sufficiently equipped kitchenette. Beds are clean and comfortable. Sound insulation is quite good. Service: It is a digital hotel. You check-in and out without human intervention. Not too difficult, but make sure that you check your e-mail and click the provided link to make the payment; otherwise you cannot check-in.

On the departure day the wifi provided no connection to the internet. I had to buy a data service pack from my provider just for checking out. Else, nothing negative.

Fortunately, Thomas met me when I arrived without having properly checked in online due to phone challenges. He was able to scan my passport and speak with NUMO CORPORATE. I don’t know what I would have done without him since the only

this side of Norrebro is not a typical tourist area but that shouldnt stop you from booking this place. The area is close to the metro and busses- so easy to get into town. Easy to get food and grocery as well- also halal places that is less common in other areas of Copenhagen. The apartment is spacious and contains everything you need, the whatsapp chat is responsive, and extra necessities are sel-service from the basement floor. if you're an introvert- this accomodation is a godsend lol. Will definitely recommend Numa to family and friends and will try it in other locations as well.

Really good location, close to the metro, bikes to hire and easy walking into the city. Good cooking facilities, with all we needed to make food throughout our stay. Easy access to the property and very safe. Shower room was amazing with heated flooring. Great to have the option to stock up on more towels, coffee, and tea.

Unable to control the heating and the property was very hot during the evening, pillows were very thick and would have been nice to have some thinner options and maybe some thinner blankets. A toaster and a microwave would have been handy to have. Would have liked a broom to clean the floors.

I was waiting all morning for a code as this hotel was “non staffed”. All digital. I was concerned that my first time completely digital I might have trouble with getting the door code. Sue enough… I watched my app and waited all morning, then finally check in time came and still no code. I emailed and what’s apped a few times… eventually someone contacted me and told me I hadn’t paid, therefore couldn’t get code. I was never asked to pay and my booking said I would pay during stay. I was upset by the lack of communication. Anyway eventually we got the door code and all was ok but leaves me gunshy for next digital reservation

The apartment was very comfortable for three people, with enough space, and a comfortable bed. We did not use the little kitchen but it was good to have a fridge. The location is quite close to the subway and bus station, so getting around was easy, but it's not in the city center or a vibrant part, so you have to walk/bike or take a subway to get to more restaurants and happenings in Copenhagen. For us this was not a problem at all. Great and easy communication via Whatsapp for check-in to check-out to addressing some of our smaller issues during the stay.

The apartment was not super clean when we arrived but the customer service was very quick to respond and they sent a cleaning stuff to help mitigate that. We also had clogged sinks during our stay, but again after a short message to the customer service, the problem was solved. There was also a bit of a smell coming from the drainage of the shower.

Numa Copenhagen is a beautiful stylish apartment it is really spacious and airy and has two balcony's one at the front and one at the back. It was really clean and the bed is comfy. It has everything you need. It has lockers to store your luggage which was great. It is really close to a metro/train station and buses so really well connected. The area itself was not the nicest but we heard no noise at night it has a good bakery across the road and a little shopping centre.

Nothing really we did not see any restaurants we would have liked to eat at nearby the apartment but it's so quick easy to get to other areas it was not a problem.

A wonderful place. The apartment offers all the amenities and comfort away from home. A beautiful terrace. Nearby there are shops, supermarket, restaurants. Well located to go around. We had a nice stay in this apartment. Recommended.

The check in process is the worst part. They confused us sending some messages through whapsapp to not open any message with a link and when we arrive to the property we couldn't enter because we didn't got the code for the front door. After a long wait some other guest came and told us we needed to call to a number and they gave it to us kindly. We called and waited and waited on line using roaming until some lady answer the phone to tell us we needed to click the link and pay before hand to get the code and to enter the building ... it was really disappointing to get that experience. So we hope it gets better for the next guests!

A comfy bed, a large television set, a nice and pleasant bathroom, and some automation all help to some extent. Recently built apartment with new furniture and bathroom fixtures.

I believe a toaster and baggage rack are required. Also, AI answer services are less effective than human-oriented ones, as they provide guided searches that do not necessarily focus on the underlying problem. Furthermore, during the season when we arrived, the radiators did not run at full capacity during the day. However, at night, the temperature is enough. The fire alarm is responsive and extremely loud throughout the building, even if it is triggered in another apartment. The kitchen absorber is feeble.

Great apartment, really comfortable beds and lovely shower with ren products. Check in was so easy especially as we arrived really late at night. Location was good, 5 mins walk from the subway station. Nothing to fault.

Only 1 thing which is why we scored it 9/10 and kind of out of numa’s control - there was building works going on in the area and was hot while we were visiting so we had the balcony door open but the building works were quite loud and woke us up very early. Only mentioning it in our review as would probably reconsider staying again if the building works were still ongoing.
