Lovely room with balcony and view toward ocean,room had fridge and microwave plus some utensils/glasses/plates.It was on the 2nd floor.The first floor do not have views..2nd and 3rd do.This is in the building right next to the main building.Breakfast was ok,ordered the Eggs Benedict..was a bit dry..but overall it was satisfactory.One could have breakfast outside next to the pool and look at the view!Nice pool and views from there....although offcause any one passing can see you as well as the area is on the main road and footpath.

The stairway to the 2nd floor is a bit scary but we were helped by the staff.

The location is fantastic - we arrived in the evening and had a choice of places to eat and drink really close to the hotel. The staff made sure that we had all the information relating to the stay and couldn't have been more helpful. Waking up to the view of the sea was great and Harbour House made a great base for browsing around the town!

There wasn't really anything that we didn't like. Possibly a bit more information upfront about options at breakfast time could have made the experience a little quicker - but we were on holiday after all so what's the rush?!!

Great location, central to everything in Hermanus. Property was clean and well maintained, great service from all the staff. Room was beautiful, amazing sea view, we had a romantic room and was very happy with our choice of room and where it was located.

Stayed in the older part of hotel above the kitchen and every morning you woken up early with the smell of food in your room. Not great to smell like you sleeping in the kitchen.

A slight hiccup upon arrival was soon put right by Donvyan, very professional. Our apartment was fantastic and spacious, elegantly decorated, but the views from the balcony were absolutely stunning. The pool was refreshing and overlooked the ocean, perfect. The breakfast was delicious, fresh orange juice, great omelette selection.

If I had to crticise, it would be the cooking oil smells whilst laying by the pool...but we were next to a restaurant.

My stay at Harbour House Hermanus was simply delightful. The attention to cleanliness did not go unnoticed, and I appreciated the care taken to maintain such high standards. Breakfast was a highlight of my mornings at Harbour House. The delicious spread offered a variety of options to suit every palate, and each dish was prepared with care and attention to detail. It was the perfect start to my day. Overall, my time at Harbour House Hermanus was memorable, thanks to its ideal location, attentive staff, comfortable accommodations, and delectable breakfast offerings. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly enjoyable stay in Hermanus.

Kayla at bookings/reception went out of her way to make my daughter's 21st memorable. She organized balloons and flowers in the room with a little cupcake. She was very helpful and friendly when I contacted the property.

Payment was deducted double a month before the stay although I still had two weeks left to cancel should I wish. It was very difficult to get my money back with a lot of emails and phone calls. No feedback. Eventually paid back 3 weeks later.

Beautiful view and walking distance to shops and restaurants.. The apartment had everything you needed and more.

The couches in the living room were a bit uncomfortable. Misleading information about pets. On the website, it showed that you can bring your pets with if arrangements were made before the time. When we phoned the hotel, they told us our unit is not pet friendly. We did notice that people had dogs at one of the other units.

Everything, from arrival to departure the team were amazing. We stayed here a year ago and it was as good if not even better. Rooms are well equipped, hot tub is a perk- I'd only say the balcony wasn't totally private so neighbors would walk by us or dip hands in. Location is spot on with beautiful views and breakfast is delicious- simple but perfectly executed with a variety available on the continent buffet too! We will be back again soon!

We couldn't stay longer!

It’s a premium convenient location! Get the Harbour (not the Square) it’s just more charming. The staff is friendly, helpful and overall superb and the massage saved me from back pains from driving for hours. All genuinely good.

The location was within walking distance of the local market, art galleries, restaurants. The views of the cliff path and the ocean was just spectacular

Because we were in a villa situatued on the sea front about 30 meters from the reception area, for any house keeping services were delayed...the villa was well equipped otherwise.
