The staff were so friendly & we felt so safe! Our car was parked safely inside the gates the whole time as were were able to walk easily to everything around us. The breakfast vouchers were amazing & we loved that we got to try 2 different restaurants for the 2 mornings we spent there - delicious food, great coffee & great service. It was a perfect spot for a little weekend getaway.

The noise from the street was pretty loud. Especially on the Saturday night as I’m assuming some people were making their way home & were very very loud outside. I know it isn’t the Inn’s fault & that’s the price you pay for being in the center of the town.

We stayed for one night only and the room was everything you would need, and clean too. We really enjoyed the breakfast too, made to order and great coffees and fresh juices/smoothies. Excellent location meant we didn't have to worry about driving anywhere, just left the car in a safe parking spot secure behind locked gates. Will be back next time we are in Hermanus for sure!

Nothing, all of our needs were met by the staff.

The room was very cute in an old historical house. The room was well equipped with extra blankets and an electric blanket. The kitchenette had the necessities for our stay. The shower was hot and had good water pressure. The location is excellent because it is so central, you can walk. I felt safe, warm and very comfortable. What more could you ask for?

The arrangement was very good and facility response to things needed was very quick as well.

The room was very cold and we really wish the management can supply the room with a heater or an electric blankets more especial now that its still winter season. Secondly we wish the gate can be electrical operated as well because it's a bit of a challenge when its raining and bit risky to leave the car and attend the opening and closing of the gate.

The location is great, in short walking distance to the old harbor and many restaurants. English breakfast was good, but at a place in 3 minutes walking distance, starting at 8 am.

No Aircon, and the room under the roof was heated up from sunshine during daytime. For leaving or entering in the evening, one has to unlock the door gate and the padlock for the gate of the parking lot.

It was clean comfortable and the location was great. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

The night included breakfast the next morning and the place and food was lovely but when something says breakfast is included, you think its all included in the cost. We got a R60 per person voucher but nothing on the menu is to that value forcing you to pay the difference. I feel this should have been communicated to us before.

Excellent location in the centre of town just off the main road and a short walk from the beach. Room and facilities were more than sufficient for my needs. Good wifi and selection of tv channels. Curtains and blinds if you want privacy. Helpful host. Secure parking

Lock at the front gate is a bit tricky to work at the first couple of attempts

The property was on the smaller side but the location was perfect. The breakfast vouchers where great and everything was in walking distance. Felt very safe walking around the old town and would recommend the stay.

Close and opening the gate at night time can be awkward but manageable. But safe is very important especially when coming for the first time.

Great location in the centre of town. Staff very accommodating with our late arrival when they hadn't been able to get hold of us easily! Breakfast was served at a cafe across the street & was delicious. Staff we meant the following morning were all very friendly

There were a lot of doors to lock/unlock to get in. We found this OK for our 1 night stay but could have got annoying if we'd had a longer stay

Very neat and functional. Comfortable bed. Bathroom had everything you need for a comfortable stay.

There was not sufficient coffee sachets and NO sugar. There was also only one wine glass, although the room was marketed to sleep 2 people. I would rather market the specific room where we stayed for one person only, as the sleeping area was very small. The mounting angle of the TV was awkward, but you could still see.
