The three bedroom unit met all our expectations in terms of location, amenities and cleanliness. The staff members were friendly and efficient. The breakfast menu is a bargain, the selection is not "massive", but it will give you a good start to your day. The location is AAA+ and you are within walking distance of all the major attractions in Hermanus. The apartment is located less than 300m from the ocean side promenade and there are a lot of activities in the area including golf, paddle, tennis, trail walking, mountain biking, wine tasting and kayaking to name but a few.

The area could be quite noisy, but it gets quieter as night falls. This could be an issue for certain travellers, but it made no difference to us. The main bedroom has an airconditioner (AC), but the two extra bedrooms did not have AC and could be expected. It is a three bedroom apartment that can sleep six (6) adults, but there are only a two seater sofa and two chairs in the living/ TV room, the unit could really do with an extra two seater sofa.

Fantastic location, very convenient to be so close to shops, restaurants and the beautiful waterfront area. Friendly and helpful staff. Stunning view from the apartment, it exceeded my expectations. Spacious and comfortable.

Air conditioners just need a service, was blowing warm, and sometimes coolish air (both in the bedroom and downstairs) and it was January heat. Would recommend getting a more comfortable couch for the lounge in our specific unit. My husband and I love good beds and comfortable couches both at home and when we travel so it's something we look out for, maybe it won't bother others. The beds were great though - slept really well.

Spacious and well appointed apartment. It felt strange to be in a shopping mall, especially in the evenings when the shops were closed! Ideal situation, easy walking to restaurants, bars and the sea. Loved the idea of a fully serviced, self catering apartment. The view from the bedroom window in the mornings was spectacular! The staff were very polite and accommodating.

One or two of the fixtures and fittings were starting to look a little worn. Nothing serious. Could have done with salt and pepper pots in the apartment. The dishwasher was a little redundant as there wasn't enough crockery and cutlery to even half fill it!

A great place to stay; walking distance from most of the highlighs, numerous art galaries, wonderful restaurants. A 5 minute walk from the beautiful cliff path taking you to pools to swim and stunning beaches. Very helpful staff, safe free parking. The self catering apartments are spacious and includes a very nice outside area to sit. During the busy holiday season it was very relaxing that you could enjoy all the lovely things this town offers without having to drive and search for parking.

Being in centre of town you must be aware that it can be noisy during the night. When you go to sleep close the windows and use the air conditioner. This is however a small price to pay for excellent location

Very conveniently located in a shopping centre so you can pop down to buy anything you need. The facilities were great and the views were lovely. Nice big smart TV with Netflix. Quite a small hotel so not noisy.

The braai grill was very dirty and rusty. Wood/charcoal, matches and fire lighters were not provided. From some rooms, with the windows open, you could hear items being scanned in Checkers downstairs; but only quietly, a small sacrifice for the convenience.

An amazing location with a local supermarket in the same location. The apartments are in a mall and hence access to services like Checkers, Clicks and Woolies was an absolute pleasure. Also local favourite restaurants in a 3-5 minute walk was wonderful. Staff were friendly and prompt in addressing our needs.

Some of the crockery was a bit limited. All else was great.

The location and price of the hotel matched very well. Easy access to the coastline, markets, shopping centers and restaurants. The unit itself was well spaced, maintained and clean. The staff were very accommodating even late into the evening.

The security of the unit felt a little bit depreciated. The unit would certainly benefit from a small upgrade on the front door’s security (security lock). The media devices didn’t work initially until the staff came to do a small repair, but seems as if this wasn’t a hotel issue but rather that previous customers had taken some of the hotel’s required power cables etc.

This set of apartments are part of a very nice small mall - 1st floor. However you don't feel the presence of the mall at all when entering (own entrance) and when in the apartment. Very comfortable and homely. Feels safe. Fully equipped. Spacious. Bathrooms are very good. The view is mainly the mountains but still great. Conveniently located walking distance from restaurants, markets and shops - Very nice walk with the family (3 small kids) even in the evening. They offer beach towels. There is daily room service. Safe parking. Special convenience with a very nice checkers on the ground level. Very good communication from the staff from prior to arrival and during our stay.

No washing machine. There is only 1 aircon in the apartment - main bedroom. We only noted later that there were fans in the cupboards. Load shedding - no back up available - only emergency lights. The markings on the knobs of the oven are worn out making it very difficult to operate.

Super nice and modern apartment with lots of room on 2 levels (3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on top floor, living room, kitchen and dining room on lower floor). The location is also great as it takes only 5 minutes to get to the center of Hermanus with all the restaurants and galleries, while you have one of the best supermarket we have come across in the same building. Great for families.

Breakfast is not special. If we had stayed longer we would have opted for self-catering, especially as there is a great super-market just underneath the apartments. And , of course, it lacks a swimming pool.

second stay here and just as good as first time...so will definitely stay again. The apartments are well thought out, spacious. clean, comfortable and well equipped. despite being above a shopping mall its a quiet location, away from the hubbub of the front but still offers lovely mountain views and sea glimpses.

access to the parking area was a problem, same as first stay when the access remote didn't work. An inconvenience only, quickly resolved by the helpful staff
