The hotel is a lovely small hotel just finishing renovations and right in the center of town with onsite parking. The location was great for walking to restaurants for dinner, and short drives in either direction to Robberg for hiking or the animal sanctuaries. The Honeymoon room is spacious and has great ocean views and newly updated. Housekeeping was consistent and did a great job. The breakfast at Adi's is a bit different but nice. Adi's for dinner is really good. Great location for walking to other dinner options. Overall it was a lovely and comfortable hotel in the center of town.

Wifi needs a lot of improvement.

The staff were very helpful and the room was very clean. They also prepared a welcome gift for us as it was during our honeymoon which made our stay very pleasant. The room was a decent size and also had a balcony.

Our room was above the restaurant downstairs so it did get loud during the mornings and evenings when it was in service. The breakfast that was included was also not what you would expect when you have breakfast included in the booking. You were limited to certain items on the menu and any special coffee or additional beverages came at an additional cost. If we had known this, we would have opted to not have breakfast included and simply order from the menu each morning.

Spacious and clean room with good seating option and spacious bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff at reception. Fantastic to be able to hire an umbrella from the hotel. Breakfast was very good with a sufficient selection of fruit, yogurt, cereal, breads, and a choice between 2 hot meals. Overall a beautifully decorated hotel in a great location, easy to access beaches and shops nearby.

1. Bed matress was very wobbly. 2. Only filter coffee included in breakfast. a cuppacino is not included... for the price, surely one cuppacino can be included. 3. Ideally a wash line in the bathroom to hang wet swimwear.

We rented the family penthouse 2 bedroom because that was all that was available for our time so didn’t use one of the bedrooms. Huge apartment with the whole rooftop as a balcony, with 4 lounge chairs and pads, barbecue, table with 4 chairs and additional stacked chairs. All the deck looks out with amazing views of the bay. We used the en suite bedroom with view of bay and the other bedroom has a bathroom outside the door looks to the rear parking. Full size kitchen with everything you need. Full living room with couch and dining room with full length windows and doors to the deck and view. Very nice apartment. We were there for only 3 nights so didn’t cook but ate at the nice restaurant downstairs. Staff was very friendly and helpful, front desk guy was very informative and helpful and restaurant very good for breakfast and dinners. Conveniently located to other restaurants and shops in town. Free parking . Close drive to lots of national parks and other sights. Great place!

The parking is very tight. We rented a small suv and it barely fit in the spaces had to be really careful parking and still bumped a mirror. The air conditioning only is in the bedrooms could be a problem when hotter but we just opened the doors for the breeze since not hot season. No television in the living room only the bedrooms but we really weren’t watching a lot of tv. The apartment is a little dated could use a uplift in the bathrooms both toilets you had to make sure didn’t run on by jiggling the knob after flushing and both showers the tile was stained but not a deal breaker for the cost and large apartment space.

The decor was lovely, seems as it has been recently renewed. The room was comfy and clean, and we had a little terrace to get a bit of fresh air.

It was not entirely the hotel's fault but some noisy neighbors the first night and that the restaurant was under renovation during our stay. However, we had the option to go to a lovely place for breakfast a couple of minutes away from the hotel so all good.

The family suite we stayed in was huge and very comfortable. The outside deck (rooftop of the hotel) is enormous with table, BBQ and sun lounger. Well kitted kitchen, great air conditioning in the bedrooms (not dining/lounge area) and comfortable beds. Awesome location on the main street with drop-off-and-collect laundry services across the road, plenty of restaurants to pick from and an easy (in distance, not so much in elevation) walk down to Lookout beach

The hôtel staff is lovely, always ready to help. There is also a restaurant downstairs , Adi's kitchen with a lovely food and really friendly staff. The family suite is extraordinary.

There was a bit of building work taking place next door. It was making it hard to stay in the bedrooms during the day ( taking a nap was complicated).

ROOMS AND PROPERTY WERE VERY CLEAN AND THE STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY

IT WOULD BE NICE IF THEY OFFERED TRANSPORT TO THE BEACH CERTAIN TIMES. THE BEACH IS TO FAR TO TAKE A WALK....THE INITIAL ROOM THEY PUT ME IN OVER LOOKED AN UGLY PARKING BUT I REQUESTED THEM TO MOVE ME AND THEY FULFILLED MY REQUEST.

The big, nice room with a view, a comfortable bed, and a clean bathroom was perfect for a good night's sleep. The super nice staff and great breakfast were also great.

I would have loved it if the TV worked or if there was an option where I could at least log in with my own Netflix. It would have been nice with simple amenities in the bathroom like earbuds.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. The room was spacious, airy and spotless. Everything we needed was just a few steps away...restaurants, shops, launderette, beauty and hair salons..Adi's restaurant underneath was wonderful for breakfast and dinner too. We cannot recommend highly enough. Pletts finest.
