Easy walk to so many different train stations and lines. Abundance of coffee and food options around the vicinity of the hotel, there’s a convenient store nearby as well. Rooms were really clean and comfortable. We opened the window so that it would not be stuffy since the aircon was off. There is option to set up fan/heater but we didn’t require them.

Location was excellent being a central transportation hub and close to the Myeongdong shopping area. Property was clean and the staff were very accommodating.

Air conditioner was down or turned off. Room got quite hot during the night. We called the staff who told us to keep the windows open. This was fine.

Excellent hotel located in the heart of Seoul. It's easy to walk around all the main attractions. From ancient palaces to modern night streets, everything is within walking distance. There are also three metro lines nearby, making it easy to get to distant places of interest in Seoul. The hotel is located inside a narrow street, you may not notice it right away, but from the photo of the building you will know that this is your hotel and you can easily get to it. There are many cafes and caffeine shops nearby, you can choose what suits your taste and price. Also, in almost all cafes and restaurants you can immediately order takeaway food and eat at the hotel, for example. Or if you haven't finished this food, you can tell what you want to take with you, they will pack it for you. This is par for the course, since the portions are usually large and it is not always possible to cram in food at once. Room: Small and comfortable. Comfortable bed, nice blanket, it is possible to open the window for ventilation. There is also a kettle and a set of tea/coffee, no sugar. The bathroom has a shower and teeth cleaning kit. Smart toilet with the ability to bidet and wash your butt. Two 0.5 liter bottles of water are provided every day. There is an ice maker on the floor. The hotel also has a rooftop terrace, where in the warmer months you can order drinks and snacks, or just look at the surrounding buildings. The hotel also has a gym, which can be used free of charge for hotel guests. There is also a laundry room, washing machines, dryers, and washing gel. Payable service. Breakfast: Not much choice, but you can find something to have for breakfast: scrambled eggs, bacon, crisps with milk, coffee/tea, croissant/toast, jam/butter, fruit, soup, some vegetables and Korean snacks like kimchi, etc. Staff: helpful and friendly.

Location is pretty good for its price, if you are there during weekdays, there's Mega coffee below for your morning breakfast. Rooftop is amazing Gym is soso

Understood that the weather is cold during my stay. Hence it was okay to open the window for ventilation and reducing the room temperature. However, it can be a little noisy despite staying at the top floor

The bed & comforter were really comfortable ...the toiletries were of high quality ...the layout of room was good ....near good eateries.

The pillows are a little too flat ...the construction works blocking the hotel .....a little too far away from Myeongdong area.

The location is in the center of Seoul very close to Myengdong street and many touristic sites. The room was very comfortable and clean, and the staff nice and helpful

The breakfast has very limited choices, we came at 08:30 and many items were missing and not replaced

Great hotel located in the center of Seoul within easy reach of two metro stations. Spacious rooms, the hotel has a small gym and coin-operated laundry. Friendly and helpful staff. Possibility of currency exchange.

One day we couldn't take advantage of breakfast as we had a tour to the DMZ which started before breakfast time. We asked to be able to have a take away, but it was not possible. At the time of check out we returned the breakfast tickets, we were not offered even a minimum refund.

The location is just perfect! So many restaurants around and you can feel the vibe of the city! Easy to get from the airport and to discover other areas. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff were super nice and helpful. They always offered their help if you needed. The location made it a plus as well. It is very accessible to everywhere because it is so close to the sub, just a few-minute distance.

It was very disappointing there was no bathtub in the room and the design is a bit odd. There was only one door which is the door of the shower space and also the door of the bathroom. Quite weird!
