This was one of the best priced hotels with the amount of facilities I’ve been too. Having 6\7 pools including roof top pools and amazing clean rooms. All of them have balconies from what I could see. The employees were so helpful especially the food service team! The food was better than normal all inclusive holidays having themed night and food for picky eaters too. Each night they had a local business next to the restaurant showcasing their products which I got a lovely bracelet from. 9 minute walk from the beach and I would most definitely recommend getting the local buses around the island. The only thing I would say is I wouldn’t book any of the activities from the stalls in the hotel as the company they use are definitely over priced and you can get them a lot cheaper.

I'm coeliac and they catered very well even a chef came out to detail which foods were non gluten. Plenty pools on 2 floors.

Certain people drinking during the day caused trouble during a afternoon, being drunk and very load (about 30-40 years) when requested to be quite, lent over to a women pensioner wearing glasses and laying down (about 75-80 years), and hit her on the side of the face. Police called but the hotel didn't kick them out!!!

Loved the fabulous room we got with sea view. My request of high room was granted & we were delighted. The food in the dining room was delicious & lots of choice. Anyone who complains about food must be terribly fussy. Hotel & rooms kept spotlessly clean. Staff were all lovely. We had a great stay, thank you 😊

The pool areas were very busy at times & hard to get a lounger.

Lovely hotel and in a good location. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are clean and big.

Soft drinks with half board are extra, even water. Struggled with sun loungers, people seem to put towels down but not arrived to the pool till late afternoon. Breakfast was poor, not all dishes were labeled so those with allergies would struggle. Lots of fish dishes, which is great if you love fish. The pool table was out of order a lot of the time and €2 a game, which we thought was quite a lot.

Smoking on balconies. Smoke from the neighbor's balcony comes into our room. It pushes keep closed window - not very comfortable. Maybe some parts of the hotel prohibit smoking on the balconies.

Our bedroom H779 faced a noisy road. Quite an expensive hotel and every single extra was chargeable. We paid for all inclusive but the coffee/ tea and drink in the bedroom were not replenished in the all inclusive price which is unusual

The bedroom was a good size with two huge, very comfortable beds. I would have a preference for two pillows rather than the bolsters provided but that is just personal preference. The shower was lovely and the room was spotlessly clean. We loved the deep pool and there were plenty of sunloungers. The staff at the pool bar were very pleasant and the reception staff also were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel was very conveniently located for shops, bars and restaurants.

For such a big busy hotel only to have two reception staff on duty most of the time was insufficient. It meant queuing for up to 15 or 20 minutes even to make a simple request. We didn't like having cocktails served in paper cups at the pool bar. I could understand this for drinks being taken away from the bar area but not for drinks being consumed at bar tables.

Fantastic choice for breakfast. Large beds. Extra pillows on request. Nice balcony. Air conditioning very quiet. We enjoyed the one pool that was heated.

Coffee was very weak.

Daytime Entertainment was poor and rushed, not well organised. Although some great choices of food, some food choices were not so good, dry, bland etc. Chairs in the bar area are so uncomfortable.

We spent 2 weeks with two kids, using all-inclusive. Nice and quiet family hotel, with 2 heated pools (one for small ones). The room was cleaned every day, better rooms are with pool view. The hotel has 2 pool areas - one is on the low level and more crowded, and another is on the higher level and more peaceful. The food had a good variety and had many good choices for kids. We especially enjoyed sporting options, volleyball, and football. The location is close to the Fanabe beach with lots of restaurants and small shops, it takes only 5 minutes to walk. Puerto Colon with all the sea activities is also close (20 min walking) and Siam Park is a 5 min taxi drive.

The AI drinks card was confusing at first, you have to pay a little for most of the cocktails, even with AI. Considering kids, we have been in hotels with far more rich choices for kids' drinks/cocktails (not meaning simple soda drinks). But this was a small thing, overall we had a lovely experience.
