Great location , great staff . Breakfast buffet excellent

Pool in the spa is smaller than you think . But spa is very clean

The hotel is very close to the Levante beach and to the old town. Staff is nice and friendly. The hotel’s spa is a good program on rainy and cooler days. In order to visit the spa, you have to book a timeslot at the reception of the spa. Breakfast is excellent with a big variety of options. The view from the balcony on the higher floors is fantastic. The hotel guests were mostly nice older people so there was absolutely no noise during the night.

The variety of food for dinner could be extended. On the 4th day it was already a bit boring. There was an evening where the fish option was tilapia which is an imported low-budget fish from Asia. In Spain I would like to eat fresh local fish and not imported products. Maybe some plants could be put as decoration in the spa to make the environment more friendly.

Our 2 night stay was very enjoyable at the RH Victoria . The reception staff were friendly to us upon arrival. We stayed in room 507. We loved how spacious the room was and the bed was big and comfortable. We had a mini fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. There were plenty of extra pillows should you need them. Our view from the balcony was good... We could see the town and the sea and also had a pool view. Everything was spotless. The whole hotel was immaculate and kept to a high standard. Old Town was only a short walk away and close to the beach.. Around a 5 minute walk. Breakfast was excellent. So much to choose from and. we came away with full bellies. There really is a huge selection of everything and all delicious. All staff were friendly... Mention to Manuel in the reception bar. He was fab and nothing too much trouble. There was entertainment on during the day and evening. My husband and I agreed we would love to return for a longer stay. There was nothing we could find fault with other than a minor issue of having to wait a little longer than expected for the lifts from the dining room in the morning but this is expected during busy times... Not a real issue for us but may have been for others. Overall a fantastic stay and we will definitely use the RH Victoria again.

The location is fantastic. The hotel Itself is immaculately clean and the staff could not have been more helpful.

I would probably ask for a room on a higher floor with a sea view next time. I was on the second floor with a street view which was a bit noisy.

Great views from the upper floors, sea and urban Clean and fully new room (better than in pictures) Close to the sea A lot of food options in the restaurant, for not high extra cost (15 for adult and 10 for kid for a dinner) Good playroom for kids inside the hotel Parking in the garage under the hotel, but for extra 12 euros per night SPA area with 2 saunas and hydro massage for small extra cost (10 per hour and 6 for kid)

The beds could be a little softer but OK

The bedroom was beautiful. Very modern and spotlessly clean. Room was on 17th floor and views were stunning. Thought there might be long queues for lifts but never had to wait long. Great friendly hard working staff. Well done to all.

I think the food at dinner could be a little better. A little bit limited in choice compared to some hotels I have stayed in. Breakfast selection was pretty good.

Hotel was in a ideal location to the old town, lovely buffet breakfast with English breakfast available porridge was also very nice. Would stay again but all inclusive as I looked at the food and it looked really nice. Rooms spotless pool spotless as was whole hotel, nice entertainment but I’d say more suited to couples and older clientele which I what I wanted. Amazing view from the 11 floor and quiet at night. Staff very friendly and helpful, there is a safe place to keep your luggage as well on day of departure.

I like to train even when I’m on holiday and literally the only thing I could say is that the gym could have had more equipment, but the hotel is first class

Everything in hotel was good. We came with rent a car from Valencia and used hotel garage. This is great advantage of hotel, since that parking in Benidorm is not something easy to do. Hotel is really ****. Lady on reception was very kind with dose of personality which was more than pleasant. She was the bright side of hotel staff. Maids in the rooms was also very polite. Room and bathroom are big enough, clean and comfortable. Bed and bed linen good quality and we slept very well. Beds are really big (never saw so big beds) so we used this opportunity to sleep together with our daughter. That was perfect. We was on 15th floor and view from terrace is amazing. Simply, you are using every moment (while you are in the room) to go out on the terrace and enjoy what is in front of you. Food is another thing which make this hotel very good choice. Breakfast and dinner is on the level of hotels *****. Food. Not the staff. We haven't use hotel pool. Sea temperature was 26C :-) Very good value for the money. Hotel for recommendation!

Only complaint we have on staff in hotel restaurant. The restaurant staff, but all of them, like they were racing to take your plates from the table first. And they do it without any restraint. Literally, while the food is still in your mouth and the fork in your hands, they take the plate in front of you. That was very unpleasant.

Check in was very simple and fast. My room on the 10th floor had a fantastic view and all the amenities I needed for my one night stay. I didn't actually spend a lot of time in the room to appreciate it more but it was very comfortable, clean and quiet. Breakfast was great! The sausages in particular were lovely! Over all, really nice and loads to choose from.

I don't have anything to say that I didn't like. The hotel is very nice, friendly, clean and hopefully I will get to spend more time there on my next visit.

Reception staff (Christina) noted it was our birthday and anniversary and arranged balloons! Thank you! Breakfast buffet was excellent, so much choice, all well cooked, hot and tasty. Superior rooms have 2 4ft beds and lots of space! Also they seem to be in the middle floors of the hotel, having great views of the town and sea. Has secure underground car parking, entrance is tight but taken slowly, its fine. Location is perfect, 10 minutes walk to the sea and old town, 20 minutes to the main strip road. Bar staff, dining staff, reception and cleaners all friendly and helpful.

The lifts! With 19 floors, and only three lifts, meal times were chaotic. Only two were operational most days, waited nearly 20 minutes once! We walked down 9 floors but couldn't walk up many so waited and waited and waited...
