Perfect property for short stays. I went for the bbk festival and it was easy to get to San Mames or the city center (casco antiguo). Staff was nice, happy to provide help when needed. There are no hair dryers in the rooms, but if you ask at reception they will give you. Spaces were clean and tidy.

It's not a new property, noises from the corridor or the nearest rooms are easy to be heard. Hot water pressure was low in the bidet, while temperature and pressure was too high in the tap and bath/shower.

. Great location. Next to cafes and a supermarket and close for walking to attractions. Staff were helpful and room was clean and quiet.

The only thing was the green night light next to the door inside the room as I like a dark room and it was a bit too bright for me

Location was hard to get to, had to drive around two or three times to get onto the street. It was hard to see the sign because hotel is written large and the rest is very small. Landmarks to find hotel would help, like it is next to the big gray concrete Carrefore building.

The front desk lady was the nicest person ever! single room is a bit small but ok for one night. The hotel is next to busy streets but the windows are thick and no sounds came inside.come the hotel was better than expected.

Heating was strange, sometimes it was too hot ( also caused bad indoor air) and then the room was humid.

The staff, including reception staff and cleaning staff were pleasant and exceptionally helpful. My husband and I would stay there again at a heartbeat.

Nothing about our hotel whatsoever but our booking ref.59116689 for our taxi failed to turn up for our transit to the airport on Tuesday 17th October even though I sent several emails seeking help. For this I will be seeking a refund.

I booked via app price was reasonable because the prices went up due to flight cancellation to USA after the bad weather so we were lucky to get the rates on booking.com

The room window faced a small balcony that people used so we could have a view or open the window for air

Very pleasant staff, clean rooms and has the charm of an older building.

Only one extra outlet in the room to charge devices. Id recommend putting in a power strip that allows people to charge at least two at a time.

Nice, economy accomodation. Breakfast only cold, simple. Very small room, but suitable for staying only in the evening and at night

The lady at the desk was absolutely gorgeous 😍 the rest of the hotel was a little outdated, but very clean and definitely worth while for a 1 or 2 night stay or for young people. Not far from the centre it was a real nice walk. 👍

Little outdated, not much choice for breakfast, better of going out breakfast.

Great location just off down town and a short walk to the main sites of Bilbao
