This is the second time I've stayed here. The location is excellent and the rooms are a good size. The beds are really comfy too. It has a mini fridge/mini bar which was not ridiculously priced plus we could use the mini fridge to store a few things overnight. The breakfast is great with plenty of options. The bar in the lobby is very handy too for drinks and snacks if you are too tired to go out although it would be a shame to miss out on exploring the city at night if you are able to. You can walk to most places (the Alhondiga is less than a 5 minute walk and the Guggenheim is 15 mins at most). You can walk to the old town as well or jump on a tram or take a short taxi ride there. There is a handy taxi rank just outside the hotel and we were able to get a taxi to the airport very quickly the next morning.

No negatives from me

Absolutely lovely overall and a superb, huge breakfast buffet that we’ve always appreciated.

The WiFi. We travel for months globally and have stayed here several times as we’re passing through. We rely on WiFi and keep thinking it has got to be better than the last time, as we for example just traveled throughout Turkey for a month and WiFi was dependable everywhere - Silken Indauxtu WiFi must be improved by now we thought. The WiFi is still terrible here however. Connection frustrating, disconnects constantly, bandwidth awful. We like the hotel so much that we keep returning each year. Not so sure any longer. Imagine many who stay don’t rely on the WiFi.

The location was totally fine — Bilbao is compact enough to explore on foot, so we never had any issues getting around from the hotel. The room was really spacious, as was the bathroom, and one thing that stood out was how incredibly quiet everything was. We didn’t hear a single sound from the corridor or from outside, which made for a very relaxing stay.

The price per night felt a bit steep considering it was March (low season) and there were no additional services or perks included. While the comfort was definitely there, the value for money wasn’t exactly what we were hoping for.

Friendly welcome at the reception. We had a room with a terrace. It was located at the back of the street, which wasn't a problem for us. Breakfast was really good. The only problem was that one day they didn't have enough tables in the breakfast room because of the overcrowding. As a result, guests were directed to another area for breakfast. Nevertheless, we managed to get a table in the breakfast room. There is also an outdoor terrace between the different buildings where you can sit

The room isn't very spacious, but it was sufficient for our needs. To walk to the city center, you'll need to count of a 20-minute walk from places like the Guggenheim Museum.

Nice hotel, very close to the main arteria of the city. Big rooms, comfortable for family travel. Good breakfast, thought litl bit expencive, but it is eversge price in restarants per person

The parking is expensive, simetimes it is a chance to park the car on the streets nearby, but if you lucky to find a place. There is also public.undeground (not free from payment) parking, 100 far from the hotel. Also you should be careful parking on the street, because Spain drivers like to park cars nose to nose, almost touching other cars, what make imposible to drive away later.

It was convenient to everything shops, restaurants and bars.

There were no negatives about the property. However Booking.com said we would have free taxi transfers to and from the airport. We got a really nice one to the hotel on arrival in Bilbao but at the end of our stay a week later we were not able to book one the night before our return to the airport for our flight home. When I tried to contact Booking.com the email they gave was incorrect. The taxi service we had used on arrival were unable to facilitate us so we had to pay over €30 to another firm. We were very annoyed.

I liked very much the stuff that was working at the hotel, they were very nice and I am grateful about it because it makes the stay better. I liked very much the gym because it’s quite small but it has all you need, the good thing is you can do a reservation. I didn’t taste the food but my parents did and it had a great looking, my parents said that it was very good the taste and the price was normal, not so expensive. And the bedrooms were very clean, thanks for the persons that cleaned so well. There are a lot of more things but that’s much of it.

I liked all, I will go again if a travel again to Bilbao. The only thing that I think that can be better is putting a watch in the gym and a webcam if anything happens to have a control.

The room was big, the bed was comfortable and there was a big window with proper shades. The bathroom was also spacious, with a toilet, bidet and a big shower. It was clean. Sockets placed comfortably by the bed. The area was quiet and well-comunicated, however bear in mind that it is a 20 minute walk to the musem or the old town.

Despite a visible "no smoking" sign, I could feel that someone evidently didn't adhere to the rules and the room has soaked up the cigarette smell. The room showed some signs of use - slightly scraped doors and ventilators, dotted walls. The bathroom door was hard to open. My biggest issue would be that I could hear everything going on in the corridor and bathroom pipes made strange random noises at night. Also cleaning crew started cleaning just after 9 am, which resulted in an awkward sleepy meeting on the first day.

The room and shower room were both very large. The location was excellent - mid-point between the bus station, the old city and the Guggenheim Museum, which were all within walking distance.

The bed was two single beds pushed together - we would have preferred a double bed. Parts of the room looked a little tired - there was a broken handle to a drawer so it couldn't be opened and the shower room door had suffered from water damage. The Wi-Fi signal was weak and I lost the connection multiple times.

I had a very pleasant 2-night stay at this hotel. My room was spacious, on the top floors and with a balcony (= better than I expected). No noise, nice bed. And the versatile breakfast (though not included in the room price) at this hotel was great!

At the check-out, the reception desk had problems with sending the receipt to my e-mail. The receipt arrived several days later, so I think there's something in your system that you need to fix. Upon my arrival, the reception staff was superb!
