The apartment met our needs for our one night stay. For our family of four, it was a tight squeeze. We weren't in the apartment very much so it was not an issue when we had to inch past the pullout sofa to get to the kitchen area. The staff were very communicative and answered my questions very promptly. There were nice Welcome kits with snacks and drinks that were a really nice touch. Wi-fi and TV worked fine for the short stay. It was nice having AC in the unit since it was pretty warm the day we were in Bilbao. Location was great for the Guggenheim and there was public transportation nearby to get to the Old Town part of Bilbao.

The elevator is SLOW! There is a note explaining that it is slow for a reason, but I can't believe the explanation. There was some hallway noise, but we weren't bothered.

Location, 100 mts from the Guggenheim museum. Comfortable for short stays. The parking is outside of the building but at walking distance safe and cheap. In spite of been all digital I called to the property to ask for parking instructions, I got a recorded answer but 2 minutes after I got a call in English from the staff which gave me all sort of information and the direction to a public parking because the contracted by the hotel was full, you need to make reservation 24 hours in advance.

Unfortunately we got a nice apartment in the first floor that had a fantastic view of the museum but the noise of the street wake me up at 5 am. The breakfast was a joke, there is no lounge or restaurant we received a box with useless cookies, small industrial breads, bottles of industrial juice full of sugar and packaged sort of industrial so-called milk. None of us use them, even our children, better to go outside to have breakfast, there are more than 10 cafes with excellent coffee and breakfast in a radius of 200 mts!

Very nice apartment directly opposite the Guggenheim. Nicely appointed and very clean. Great service from Libere who helped with parking and were very professional.

I wish we had been told that there is a congestion charge in Bilbao for our car. We only discovered after we left and had to rush to register our car. This could have been included in the apartment/booking info.

The location is superb, with great views out of the window of the Guggenheim. The property is very modern and purpose designed as tourist accommodation. The property also included a washer dryer.

The parking was 10 mins walk away & 17 euros. It's worth writing down the entry code, so you don't have to stand on the street with your phone open. The aircon was colder in the bedroom than the living room. It was expensive, and included a single use sachet of Dishwashing liquid for three days (no tea, salt etc) no tea towels. A massive TV fixed to the wall at an angle impossible to watch. No instructions for washer dryer. It is so nearly a great apartment, but the owners just need to experience the lack of small things by staying there.

Literally across the road from the Guggenheim and next to the local bus service stop to airport. This place really helped us out due to Easy Jet cancelling our flights so we were grateful this place was available for last minute stay. The staff have been excellent and we'd happily come back any time if we're in Bilbao again.

Only thing that would be ideal for a group of 4 is a bigger couch and regular size cups to have hot drinks in. Other than that, definitely no complaints at all.

The room was perfect for my family. Big enough a space and it had an amazing view of the Guggenheim museum. Very modern and newly refurbished with working air conditioning, kitchen and washing machine

The lift was not working when we were there. Also the parking is too far a walk from apartment. There is no stopping area to drop off luggages/passengers in front of property

The location is very good. the interior designer of the apartment has very interesting solutions. Although there were some construction works at the moment, they did not disturb us and the owner was able to pleasantly surprise us.

You should be very careful when entering the code on the front door keypad. It works, but be careful what you type.

Excellent location, very modern appartment with two rooms, a large living room and a washing machine, very clean, availability and helpfulness of the on-line support.

The system to enter was a bit complex (need to download an app with several kays to activate so takes time...); the parking offered by them them was a bit distant (and farther than other parkings) and we were not informed that there were works around that parking so it was very difficult to get there and after several attempts and almost half an hour of trying I gave up and used another parking, that was nearer, and I did not get the reimbursement for the parking that was already paid; finally, the two rooms did not have doors so not good for privacy.

Super location, right in front of Guggenheim museum and close to shops and restaurants. Parking the car is also quite close by. The old town is 20 minute walk away.

The shower was not clean. They came to clean it almost directly which was good. But they should have seen that so it means the service needs more love and checking.

No parking and difficult to unload your language. Apartment provides possibly to book a parking in a neighboring car park. Sofa was too narrow and a bit broken The price is on high side
