Very nice common area, well equipped kitchen, modern laundry with payment using coins or mobile app.

Little space to leave your luggage in the dorms. Lack of privacy when using baths - they are located next to the dorm entrance, so people using sinks may squeeze with those carrying their luggage in and out. Mirror located in a way that makes people at the entrance and lying on the nearest bed see each other. Lights turning on automatically at night with the slightest move. Being charged for using deposit to store your luggage for a few hours after check out is contrary to generally recognized hostel standards.

The guy at check-in when I came was a doll. The kitchen looked spacious and well-kept, though I didn't have opportunity to use it. The bed was comfortable enough. Good-sized lockers next to the beds

Having to make your own bed is never fun, but at least I was on a bottom bunk. The smart lighting is a bit of a pain as it turns on any time anyone gets anywhere near the bathrooms, even when not actually needed. The bunks are in the room pretty tight and there isn't much space to do much of anything at all. The neighborhood is super dodgy, especially at night. Elevator use is strictly regulated and I didn't qualify despite being quite unwell. Worst of all, though not really the hostel's fault, was the old man with sleep apnea in our room that kept everyone else awake all night with his insufferable snoring.

The kitchen is big and has a large main area. It’s right next to the train station and a bit of a walk from the main area, but not too far. I appreciate their commitment to the environment.

They are pushing to be an eco friendly hostel, which is great, but that means all of their lights are motion censored. Not only that, but there is no door separating the sink for the bathroom and the room. That being said, the lights would constantly go out as you’re trying to brush your teeth and would also be a constant in and off flicker for those trying to sleep. I felt awkward using that, so I went downstairs to use the bathroom there.

I perceived the hostel as modern and aesthetically pleasing, with a nice common area and a location not far from the city center.

However, it's a pity that additional services, such as guided tours and group activities, are not offered. The lockers are a bit small so I struggled to fit my backpack in and you have to bring your own padlock otherwise you can buy it for 3 euros.

I stayed in the 14 bed room and it was great. Comfy beds and clean bathrooms and showers. Nothing to complain about. Javi from reception was absolutely amazing as he had all the knowledge of Bilbao. he helped me find the best place to eat pinxitos. ask for him if you want to know more about the secret undiscovered parts of Bilbao. Oscar and Angel were super helpful too.

Missing a stove/hob in the kitchen, makes cooking a little difficult. Light sensors are a little annoying but were manageable.

I like everything from staff,kitchen,living room the toilet i give 100 percent super nice

I don't want to mix the people in the room, there are women and men, they should be separated because each of us has own privacy For.women then all women be together And for man should man be together not mixing thats all But everything is nic expect only the room

Oscar was incredible. At all times cheerful and helpful, didn’t get stressed when super busy and dealt with everyone perfectly. Oscar went the extra mile. The accommodation was clean and provided the equipment and space to make food. The whole place was spacious, friendly and exactly what we needed.

There was nothing that wasn’t great.

The staff was really good. The price and the location certainly good.

I didn't like the bathrooms it's really difficult to have a proper shower. I know that in Spain there is some problem with water and rains and all these stuff but I don't know. Additionally the cleaning part was not bad but not the best one as well.

Super clean and modern facilities.

Expensive for what you get (37€/night on a 14-bed dorm), given that the hostel does not offer common areas apart from the kitchen. On top, you also have to pay extra to store your luggage before/after check-in. Even though not far from the center, the hostel is located in a very dodgy neighborhood - during the day it's ok but it's certainly not the best place to roam around after dark.
