Definitely enjoyed the air-con on the very hot days of Salamanca Summers. If you want to come to Salamanca come spring, autumn, very early summer. Winters are very cold so cover up. Food was nice, room clean, bed was nice too, though pillows I did not like much (too hard for my liking). You were 2 min away from everywhere. Will certainly go for this property again next time I come to Salamanca. There is a Leroski supermarket 3min away and tons of restaurants close by.

The lift is very small and delicate. I was ok with it but my daughter struggled so used the stairs instead.

1. Check-in is quite tricky: it is nowhere indicated that if you pay in cash, you have to pay at different hotel. Also, you still have to present IDs even though you have already checked-in online. So don’t bother yourself 2. Rooms are missing some cutlery: you have nothing to stir the provided sugar with 3. No fridge 4. Some construction works began at around 9 AM.

Beautiful, very tidy room, comfortable bed, good shower, but best of all an AMAZING roof terrace with wonderful views, ideal location at the very heart of the city. Exceeded all my expectations at a very good price point.

Staff didnt respond to whatsapp, didnt see any staff during the stay. Walls and doors are paper thin, so if you have noisy neighbours, I recommend earplugs. Breakfast was medocre and a second cup of coffee was charged separately. No fridge in the room.

Really cute room close to everything in Salamanca. I was really impressed with this room. The amenities were good, and I had all that I needed. A small fridge would’ve been nice.

I was originally taken aback by the online payments and virtual keys. I opted to pay through Booking.com and my virtual keys were accessible shortly thereafter. It was a weird but great way to manage things. I didn’t realise the room would be turned down each day / night. So once again, surprised but not disappointed.

Excellent location right in the heart of the old town next to Plaza Mayor. Close to bars and restaurants and all attractions all walkable. Room nothing fancy but perfectly adequate. Parking is at their sister hotel Mercado very close by. Very helpful staff there who checked us in so didn’t have to do the online checkin which looked very complicated for someone who is not tech savvy! Salamanca is a lovely town would come back again.

Location is excellent, right next to the Plaza Mayor in Salamanca, in the heart of the old town. It is an old building, but the rooms are renovated in a modern and clean way, with even a balcony to chill and watch people going about.

I found the bed and, especially, the pillows too hard. I normally do not mind this kind of things, and I am usually lucky enough to sleep well wherever. However, in this case, I woke up several times throughout the night with a stiff neck.

We loved our room on the 4th floor with a lovely terrace opposite a church with a stork's next on top. The room was immaculate and comfortable. The location was unbeatable with everything in walking distance. It's a simple no-frills hotel with no reception but why pay more when this has everything you need.

Very good location, in the centre. but not accessible with the car. Altogether bed is very confortable you might need ear tampons if you have a light sleep. Not because it is noisy pee se. But you can ear some stuff outside the room. There is no staff on site but whenever I called to report a need they answered right away and made it happen. I recomend for a short stay in Salamanca..Very good price/quality and they accept pets

The location is ideal. Plaza Mayor is just a minute walk. It's very central in the tourist sights. Room was fairly big. WIFI was strong. Smart TV allowed me to put in my own details for Streaming apps so I could watch. Breakfast was decent - table service of coffee, juice, yogurt with fruit or fruit bowl and bread of choice.

It's a bit confusing when you first arrive as there is no reception. You receive an email with a code to enter the lobby. In the lobby, there is a machine where you pay etc, depending on what kind of option you've chosen at the time of reservation. I would still go for this hotel but would have appreciated a more step by step instruction on how to go about it.

The location of the hotel was perfect. Everything was 5 to 10 minutes away max. The room was super clean and the staff was very friendly. Also the breakfast at the hotel was amazing. Really good quality for the price. We were pleasantly surprised. Would absolutely recommend!

The pillows were not very comfortable but we barely noticed. Also the shower was amazing but a bit tricky at first.
