The bed was not too soft and had just the right amount of firmness, which was great.

The room is clean but I was bothered by the clumps of dust around the ceiling light. I think it would be a good idea to clean it up and get rid of the clumps of dust.

Really nice welcome at Reception and my sister said they were all very helpful whenever she needed to use the lift to the car park in her portable mobility scooter. Great location for the beach and also for the nearby park to walk the dogs. Excellent breakfast, really comfortable beds and nice pillows. We also used the hotel’s underground car park overnight - expensive but very handy.

We arrived in a warm spell (early March) and found the rooms a bit warm. In the end we just opened the windows - fortunately there was enough cool air. Reception did acknowledge that the a/c is for summer months.

The location of the hotel is great. Close to the beach while surrounded by places to eat and hang out. The hotel itself is very good with a lively bar and restaurant with good food. We are experienced and anal world travellers and have added the hotel to our list of places we will stay at when being in Basque country next time.

The elevator to the garage needs attention: the sensors that open/close the door are positioned to high. While the doors close pretty fast. This is dangerous for smaller dogs. Relevant? Yes, because many dogs stay in the hotel and 1 kill will damage the reputation of the hotel for a long period.

Spacious quiet room. Clean bathroom with a bath and shower. Comfortable bed. Very dog friendly. Lively bar with lovely staff. Good service in the restaurant. Easy walk to the beach. Nice vibe to the locality.

Charge of €35 per night ( was per stay last year)for a dog a bit steep. Nearly being charged €21.50pp instead of €17 for breakfast as claimed we did not book in advance despite informing the reception on arrival we would like it. Parking now €27 euros a night. Sadly we may look somewhere else next year as it is becoming too expensive for our budget.

Quiet residential area but only a short walk to the beach. Walkable to the old town too took us about 30 minutes. Handy paid parking next door. We were able to bring our dog and a bed and water bowl was provided which was a nice touch even though we had our own. Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment.

NH hotels accept dogs which is great, they are however quite strict with their rules so best to be aware of this. Totally understandable as not everyone is keen on dogs.

This is an excellent hotel if you don't mind the distance to the city centre. It is a good 35 minutes walk but there's a very good bus connection. We loved this area of the city because it's closd to the beach and yet calm at night and we went to the centre for pintxos every evening. Our room was very modern and comfortable. Breakfast was great too.

The location was great, being near to the bus route into the town. Walkable into town along the front of the beach, which is a short walk away, but we found it was so easy to catch the no 5 or 25 buses along the road at the back of the hotel and they were very frequent along the bus route in the town. The hotel itself was very modern and comfortable. We didn't eat in the hotel as we found it expensive, especially the €25 for breakfast. There was a kettle and small drinks fridge in the room, so we bought breakfast items and used the fridge if necessary. There were plenty of cafés, shops (Chinese supermarkets where you could buy anything!) and the big Supermarche around the corner on the main bus route and back road - which also had lots of local shops and bakeries. Receptionists at the hotel were very helpful and responsive to requests. The garage was handy for our motorbike but very expensive to park. That's San Sebastian! Always expensive and always very special.

Nothing (except the weather which was surprisingly pretty rubbish for mid June!) The hotel is a good base, in a quiet area and has fairly good sound proofing in the rooms.

Location is amazing, very quiet street in a beautiful neighbourhood. Lots of restaurants around and the beach is 10 mins walk. Old city is a bit far away but for us it was an advantage. Well the bed in the room is huge, 2 meters wide, we loved it a lot. We also ordered an extra bed for a kid, and it also was pretty comfortable. The welcome kit for the kid was so nice ☺️

The parking I think is a bit expensive, 25 euros per night. The rest experience is great.

Great location - in a suburb within walking distance of a lovely beach. Some local restaurants close by. We chose to eat in the hotel as we had our pet dog with us. Dogs are allowed in the bar and also can be left in the room if you eat breakfast or dinner in the restaurant . A dog bed and bowls were provided in the room. We thought the charges for food and drink very reasonable although the charge for breakfast was quite steep. Food in the bar and restaurant very tasty. Friendly reception and waiting staff. Comfortable room.

Hotel was strangely noisy for such an expensive hotel , could hear voices/coughing from next rooms, plumbing noises, etc.. Walls are supposedly 'sound proofed' but noise seems to come thru shared AC or bathroom ducts.
