The hotel is ideally located on a pedestrianised street, surrounded by restaurants and cafes and a stones throw from the commercial district and some of the historical sites. The staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. The room was a decent size, with good facilities, including a kettle and a fridge, and had a large en suite bathroom. I found it to be great value for money. I really enjoyed my stay in Granada and, overall, was very pleased with the hotel. It will definitely be the first place I look to book when I return.
My room was on the 3rd floor, with a small balcony overlooking the pedestrianised street. On some nights, the noise from late night revellers could be heard. It didn't bother me too much (just bring some earplugs), but you should be aware that such a central location does have its drawbacks.

Great value for money and would recommended. The location is fantastic, right in the centre of Granada, surrounded by amazing restaurants, yet the room was quiet compared to many other hotels. The neighborhood feels safe, and it is close to the bus station. The room was clean and comfortable, the shower had good hot water and pressure, and the air conditioning worked well. Wi-Fi was reliable, and the staff were very nice. They also provide good luggage storage service, which was very convenient.
I would like to have a quilt instead of a flimsy sheet for sleeping. Things are a bit worn out.

Location - easy walk for us to the Albaicín and to Sacromonte to see all the cave dwellings, day trips via bus and for Flamenco. We love Granada. Hotel is very clean, comfortable, superb housekeeping, nice front desk staff. Good size rooms and love that the bedroom and even the bathroom have doors and small verandas for some air, plus the doors do block some of the noise from the cafes on Calle Navas tapas street below - noise is happy noise. We generally don’t stay in hotels smack in the middle of activity, but this one was lovely.
We didn’t want to eat in the room and make a mess or try and find something else, but wanted to eat and head out for the day - Granada is terrific. Honestly, we travel for months and the quality here could be better. We don’t eat sausage or bacon et al and depended on yogurt and/or eggs where a tiny bit of yogurt was placed in 2 cups at a time—see photo. The otherwise nice women running the breakfast seemed not to appreciate us. (We bought our own muesli and ate that w the yogurt, as sugary granola was the only option.) Sugary orange drink (not juice) was in machine, scrambled eggs were always ice cold. One day only white bread was left. The paper thin sliced pineapple, sometimes kiwi, and melon were appreciated. The quality of the breakfast could be improved a bit. 😎

The location was amazing, in the heart of the restaurants and bars, within minutes walk from hotel. All local sightseeing within walking distance. The hotel, itself was friendly and welcoming, a kettle was provided for us on request. The room was cleaned daily. It was also very quiet, our room was at the back but the soundproofing was excellent. The only slight disappointment was the wifi wasn’t very strong, but to be fair, we didn’t spend a lot of time in the room, so this wasn’t a big issue. We would definitely return here and recommend the hotel.
Maybe an upgrade on the wifi, otherwise no great issues.

This lovely hotel is set in an excellent location. You walk out onto the street filled with restaurants and tapas bars. It’s very close to a plaza where the taxis are located. The catedral, Royal Chapel are within walking distance. The room was standard with a very nice bathroom and a comfortable bed with very nice sheets. The breakfast they supplied was tasty with a good selection. The reception people are very helpful and go out of their way to make your stay pleasant. We were looking for flamenco tickets and were quickly set us up with a great show and shuttle. Thank you Porcel Navas!

Fantastic location, you can walk everywhere from here. The street is a charming alley-style one with vibrant evening life and full of restaurants, but without being too noisy in the bedroom even with a street window since the glassing works greatly (of course this can be a problem for people who wish to keep the window open, but not us). Very helpful staff, and a very good breakfast.
Every day we kept finding a few ants in the room. Not coming from the open window since it was kept closed. And for some reason we could hear crystal clear and very loud the running water from some other room's sink, which was a bit annoying at times.

Room size, friendly staff, cleanliness. The location is very convenient. The breakfast was ok, the choice was not big though.
There was sewage smell in the room. The air conditioner was loud and made noise even when it was off. There was no real shampoo (just a body-hair shower gel) and no hair conditioner, and the hair dryer provided was not good . Keep that in mind and bring your own. Also, as mentioned before, the choice for breakfast is limited. If you have no special dietary requirements, you’ll find something to fill your stomach, but I f you do, you’ll probably have to go hungry. The breakfast times are shorter than in many other places (7:30-10 on weekdays and 8-10 on weekends).

A nice clean hotel. Reception was very welcoming and helpful giving us a map of Granada and pointing out places of interest. Our room was quite small but for a 2 night stay it was fine. A comfortable bed, a big shower and a kettle with tea and coffee which is always welcome. We had breakfast on our first morning and it offered most things. All the staff we came into contact with were very pleasant. We would certainly be happy to stay again if we go back to Granada. It is in a great location.

Very good location, it was at the main street where the Tapas bar are located. Room is sound proof so you cannot hear the noise outside when the balcony door is closed. Room is clean and decent size. Breakfast is good.
The main receptionist guy, he is the older man scheduled in the morning. We came in late for breakfast one day and forgot about the time. The breakfast closes at 10am. So this receptionist came into the dining and was standing in front of us staring angrily. So my companion got upset and confronted him. We know it's our fault that we stayed late and didn't notice the time and the staff needs to clean up but his action were very rude. We are a guest and we paid so he should not treat any guest like that. He should have just told us in a nice way that we need to leave as the dining is closing. That is all he need to do as a respect to any guest. I'm sure this is not the first time any guest stayed late for breakfast, it happens all the time. Other than this, the room and the hotel is great.

As always the staff at this hotel make the stay worth while. The rooms were fine, nicely upgraded from our last visit ( but missing a magnifying mirror in the bathroom for make up and shaving ) a little small and we would have liked a balcony but hey we liked what we were given anyway . A little expensive through booking. com it would have been cheaper to have booked direct even though I am at genius 3 level so I was disappointed in the price we paid. think Comfy beds, house keeping very clean, reception staff wonderfully friendly and helpful .
No tea and coffee available in room 203 as the electricity supply was not sufficient to accept the usage for a kettle . However a flask was offered if needed. Breakfast sadly was very limited for vegans and vegetarians and also most of the food was not very hot . There needs to be a lot more variety for those with limited food choices however I was pleased to see that oat milk was available for us . No choice of fruit juice orange or orange only.
