Great reception staff. Easy to check in and store luggage before check in and check out. Pool was small but cold, great for returning after a hot day. Great kitchen and utensils. Great kitchen kit of dishwasher liquid, washing machine powder. Washing machine was great, but a clothes horse rather than a dryer would have been better. Comfortable, large bed Great location just outside the tourist drag Good room layout.
Couldn't seem to get room service to make up the room. After leaving the make my room card on the door for 2-3 days, we went down to reception and asked for clean towels. Not enough hangers, more hooks in the bathroom to hang a toiletries bag. Hooks to hang towels need to be next to the shower, not the other side of the bathroom. The shower didn't drain, so water spilt onto the floor

This hotel is in a great location, tucked in on a small street that is walkable to most everywhere we wanted to go. The staff people were lovely. The room we stayed in was a small suite with a kitchenette, a sofa bed, and a nice large bathroom with tub and separate shower. Just an FYI, there were no wash cloths or tissues provided, which is apparently common in Europe. Maid service is not provided daily, which was fine with us. All you have to do is ask for anything you need. These are only observations, not criticisms. Something I learned while traveling in Spain.

We really loved our stay. Our room was super spacious and the bathroom was well equipped. It was very clean, quiet, had comfortable beds, friendly staff to check us in, lobby even smelt great! Great location, would definitely come back
All very minor - There was a limited number of pool loungers (4 or 5) and towels when there was space for a couple more which would have been useful as the others were often all taken. No streaming services on the tv and we could not connect our own ones to the tv, so were stuck with only one channel that had english (but we are in spain afterall)

The suite we stayed in on 2nd Floorwas a really great room. The layout of the landing with a great tree and lots of light shining into the room. The suite was really well appointed, loved the Jack and Jill sinks. Loved the receptionist who was very helpful and really welcoming. Gave us great restaurants to visits..She was a delight, we never got your name but thought you were fantastic, Sorry Peter and Anne From Liverpool feel bad about this error. I will certainly seek out Sercotel Suites in other cities..
More sun beds/ Chairs as we were unable to use the pool.

We had a short but great stay at Sercotel Granada Suites. The flat was very spacious, we did not do any of our own cooking but appreciated having the dishes and cutlery when we brought meals back to eat. Mini fridge and dishwasher were great. We were impressed by how much lighting there was in the flat! The common spaces were lovely. We did not go to the pool but the lobby and landing outside of our room were very nicely designed. Bed was comfortable, temperature control was easy to use and we enjoyed having windows we could open. The location was perfect! Very central. Easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go and not far from the taxi stand when it was time to leave. Overall very good value.
We did notice some mildew around the sides of the shower and bath that probably could have been cleaned better. The rest of the flat appeared very clean.

Amazing central yet quiet location, rooms were moderns and immaculate, and the receptionist was approachable and helpful. We ended up not using the on site parking, but the daily price is the same as other public car parks in the area.
If I have to mention something, there were no large towels in the room and I had to ask for them at the reception, which was promptly taken care of. The AC ducts are shared between the rooms, and during the first night, as someone was cooking inside, the vents gave off a horrible garlic smell that made me turn off the heating.

It's an excellent hotel with a great location. Near the Cathedral and all central attractions, a few minutes walk to the bus stop to Alhambra, also near the Albaicin. It is essential to follow the excellent guide provided by the hotel to reach it using restricted streets to prevent fines - some streets are narrow, but not an issue. The room is fantastic - almost an apartment with a full kitchen and a huge bathroom with two showers! Parking is underground via a car elevator in the hotel itself, with the entrance in the street around the corner. An elevator (this one for humans) connects the underground parking straight to the rooms - no need to remove luggage on the street. It is unsuitable for big cars, but we had a Seat Leon SW and could fit it without issues. You can stop for a short time in front of the hotel for check-in, but space available on the street is limited. For Granada, plan to park and forget the car! The hotel allowed us to keep the car for some more hours after the checkout - very convenient to store the luggage in the car (parking is closed and safe) and walk around. Pay attention to the reception times for check-in (not 24hs for check-in) - but the staff was very receptive and answered all my questions before arriving. There are options around to buy food and use the kitchen (I suggest the Cristobal - a simple grocery (not touristic), with very good jamon at low cost).
When leaving the hotel, I forgot to ask for instructions (and they did not provide them as they did for the arrival), so I'm not sure if I may have used some forbidden streets to reach the main avenues (I'll know soon if I got a ticket). So ask for instructions before leaving.

Nice apartment, sizeable, comfortable, well located, very helpful staff.
There were no enough basic items that a welcome pack could have provided. A sachet of tea and a little milk for that cup of tea on arrival after a long journey; washing up liquid or dish cloth for cleaning the dishes, some washing cubes for the dishwasher. It’s hardly worth buying these items if only staying for 2 or 3 nights. Intermittent internet. No English language channel on TV No information on what is going on in the area, suggested restaurants etc.

The location. Very near to the Cathedral, Albaicin, Gran Via, and many restaurants. The apartment was roomy for two, the bed comfortable, and dishes were enough for us who didnt cook. A microwave and fridge were clean. And there was plenty of natural light.
The bathroom had a terrible smell. We bought a deodorant but could never get rid of the smell. We open the windows in the dining aread to help a little. Check on that for next guest. Towel hooks are on the opposite ens of bathroom away from shower, and there is no door in the shower so lots of water accumulates near the bathroom door. Not ideal.

Great location - in the heart of Granada, and close to all nice restaurants. Very nice building design, comfortable apartment. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They did not turn on the heating although they knew we will check in late that evening. It was extremely cold throughout the entire night and I couldn’t sleep. The walls were very thin and we could hear our very noisy neighbors late in the night. They charged us an exorbitant amount for parking: 22EUR/day. On top of the price for accommodation! It was the highest we paid in Spain so far.
